Enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of Destin's famous harbor from our enlarged covered balcony. Phillips Paradise II is a fully furnished, updated 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that sleeps 4 . It is adjacent to Phillips Paradise I which makes it great for families/couples that want to be close to each other.
Phillips Paradise II features a second floor balcony unit with queen bed and queen sofa bed. Features a fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster oven. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a TV/VCR/DVD player, stereo, cable TV in the living room. A calling card is required for all long distance calls. Washer and dryers are at the end of the building on the first level.
At Sandpiper Resort, you can enjoy sunning or swimming on 1,100 ft of sugar white beach with chair/umbrella rentals available, volleyball, restrooms and a covered food pavilion. You may drive to the beachside parking lot or take a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove
Sandpiper is not a highrise. Sandpiper offers 1,100 feet of gulf frontange, Gulf side parking lot, beach pavillion with GREAT FOOD, tennis, 5 pools, jacuzzis, shuffle board, boating, fishing, duck feeding(for the grand children). Our unit offers a large covered deck looking down the Destin Harbor. Come, stay and enjoy!!

This condo was disappointing. Our family felt it should have been updated. The pictures do not show many of the features that disappointed us. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The springs would stick into your back when sleeping. The bathroom had full carpeting. Even up the side of the tub. It was very dirty and we hated walking on it. The whole place was in need of updating. The furniture was very worn out. We love Destin and go there every year. The condo had a nice view of the harbor, and that is really the only good thing I can say about this condo. We have stayed at Sandpiper before and this place was a disappointment.
Owner response:I would encourage you to remember there are two sides to every story. I believe the above review was posted because it was discovered that the renters had a dog in the unit and the security deposit was withheld. We have a no pet policy for our units. It is not that we don’t love pets but my Mother has Asthma. I ask each renter to call upon check in to make sure everything is okay. If I don’t hear from the renter, then I will call the day after check in. I also called the day before check out to make sure all was okay. As this was policy, the calls’ were made and no complaints were given. Our units are unique as they offer a great Harbor View and extended covered deck. You can tell from the photos that the unit is in good condition. I would encourage anyone to stay in one of our units and have a great vacation. Sandpiper offers something for everyone: Tennis, Shuffle Board, Boating, Golf, the beach, Ricks Sand Trap beach snack bar and more.
