  I must say this is a wonderful rental home full of extras. The place was well equipped for all ages, we had a 2 month old and an 80 yr old staying with us. Also, the home is nestled in a resort like community with palm trees and all a person could ask for. The home is close enough to downtown Charleston to make it good location as well as the proximity to the beach, and other Mt. Pleasant sites. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. My whole family would highly recommend this rental.

  Talk about true "SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY"! My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Mt. Pleasant & Charleston Easter Weekend. We found this BEAUTIFUL home after searching everywhere for a rental for not just for us but our pets too! What an AMAZING home! So thankful that we found this home. ** GREAT LOCATION, VERY CLEAN, AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY VERY VERY NICE AND THEY TREATED US LIKE WE WERE THEIR FAMILY!!! If you are looking for a place to stay in Mt. Pleasant, SC, please contact this owner. You will not be disappointed. We are already planning our next vacation and will be sure to contact this owner again. Thanks Again!! WE LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

  Our stay at this home was perfect! The owner was very informative and helpful with all our questions prior to our arrival. The home was clean and well stocked with all necessities. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The home was close to a Harris Teeter and only about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. We would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks for a great time.

  This was an AMAZING rental for our needs. We came down for the Copper River Bridge Run and it was close distance to everything we needed. It is in a very family friendly, quiet, relaxing area. The family renting out the property went above and beyond our needs to make our stay very welcoming and comfortable. They were extremely helpful with great local dining options and "local" knowledge about maneuvering during the bridge run activities (i.e. parking, etc). We will definately look into booking this property again when we visit the area. Great property for families, girls get-away, couples get-away, etc. Very clean, nice screened in porch over-looking pond! DT Charleston is a bit more of a drive, but worth it having such a great place to stay!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

  We needed a House for Cooper bridge run and leased this for the weekend. The house is a 25 to 30 minute drive to historic Charleston but I feel it was worth the drive and fit our needs perfect especially for the price. The house was modern and spotless and the owner helped with any information we needed. 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths, nice screened in porch. The house is in a very nice neighborhood so it is better suited for those who will only be spending most time out of the house, unless it is a longer term vacation rental. There is a nice walking trail for miles for bike riding, jogging or walking. There is also lots of great eating options within 2 to 4 miles if you want to stay local and not head in to Charleston.
