Several of us stayed at the house over a two week period while on hectic business trips in Las Vegas. Quiet, safe neighborhood, nice clean house, spacious, very relaxing. Nice to not have the expensive resort fees we never use and not walking through smokey casinos to get to rooms. Will rent the house again in the near future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a great time staying here, not only is it close by to the Vegas Strip etc, the home itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained, even a washer and dryer which was great. Would stay here again if we came back, and would recommend this to anyone, Thank you for having us we truly enjoyed our stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Me and 6 of my friends rented this house mid-august, it was much more affordable then all of us renting hotel rooms in Vegas. The home is lovely , specious, beautiful and you can have a good time there because the noise doesn't really bother anyone. The owners are pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this home. The home is new and coming from San Francisco that was refreshing and my own home is pretty old and run down. The furniture is modern and confortable. The home is super close to the strip, you can walk if you enjoy walking or take a cab.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I have been in the process of planning a trip to Vegas with my friends for the past year and finally managed to organize the group. Our trip turned out to be amazing, aside from the regular Vegas dramas, and it was in large part because of this house. It easily accommodated 8 of my friends and was close enough to the strip to be convenient for when we wanted to go out and party and quiet when we got back to the house. The backyard was awesome. Great for when we wanted to have our own fun. Also, the rooms were big which pleased everyone. Will definitely rent this out again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
