Completely turnkey furnished with all the amenities you would be looking for in an upscale custom home. We strive to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable from beginning to end. Once you've stayed here, you will see why.
This custom 4000sqft home is completely enclosed by a block wall and can only be entered through the driveways remote/panel controlled electronic gate or front walkway gate. As you enter the private property, you will find the main outdoor entertainment area. There is a built in BBQ with covered seating, a sparkling saltwater pool with waterfalls and a spa, a gazebo with a lounge bed, and a Fire & Ice fire pit, all which is encompassed by lush tropical landscaping. The pool has child safety gate for our everyone's protection. As you wander around the property you will find numerous exotic fruit trees and a second private patio with a bench swing.
This property has keyless entry. You will be given a code for your convenience and safety. Inside, the Great room is open and large with a beautiful sunken wet bar. The HD Flatscreen in the greatroom is the largest of its kind and comes with an amazing picture. There is satellite TV, DVR, a PS2 Station, DVD player, and an earth rattling sound system.
In the kitchen there are four stools at the kitchen counter for casual eating, a formal dining room that seats 8 comfortably. It is completely equipped for a private chef and for large group dinners and parties. The appliances are Viking, and everything else is top of the line. . We have juicers, an espresso machine, lobster pot and more unusual cookware.
This custom home has four large bedrooms, all with their own complete bathrooms. The Master bedroom has an eastern king sized canopy bed with the Tempurpedic pillow top mattress. There is a large HD 52 inch Flat screen with DVD player that sits above a gas Fire & Ice fireplace all built in and surrounded by bookshelves. There are french doors that lead out to the courtyard and pool. In the Master bath, a jacuzzi tub can easily fit two. There are his and her sides divided by a huge custom mirror that hangs from the ceiling and a separate vanity area. A bidet for the European in you, and a separate shower area with multiple shower heads for multi-spray action, or choose the rain bath instead.
The second bedroom is equipped as an office and a top of the line queen size bed. There is a 42 inch Hd flat screen TV, a computer, 4 in 1 machine, WiFi and an Ooma system for long distance calls. There are also 2 additional computers on the property
The 3rd BR has a Queen sized bed with another Click Clack futon that folds into a twin bed. There is also access to the side yard which is separated from the pool area. There is a safety gate attached to the door as well in case you have little ones.
The 4th BR is a Casita with it's own private entrance and is poolside. The room is large and equipped with a queen sized bed, sitting area, chess table, 42 inch HD Flat screen, and a mini fridge for drinks.
The game room / workout room / air conditioned garage. We have turned this area into a desirable place to hang out and be loud. There is a 42 inch HD Flat screen with surround sound, top quality treadmill, free weights, yoga mats, and reclining bench. For games, there is the Double Daytona 500, Pop a Shot basketball game, Monopoly pinball, shuffleboard, poker table, touch master, air hockey, pool table, ping pong, and darts. We have placed an additional full sized futon/couch out there for additional guests that can be moved if you want. There is also a fridge for drinks.
One house away sits a neighborhood park, 2 blocks away are major hiking trail heads and bike baths that wrap around the cove and into Old Town. Old Town is just a 3 minute drive where you will find celebrity restaurants, major parks, art galleries, boutiques, salons, liquor stores and much more. There are Farmers markets here and other festivities throughout the year here. There is also a shopping center just across the street from Old Town.
If you are a young family, a quiet couple, a group in on business, it doesn't matter, this home is set up for everyone, you will love it here!

This house is Awesome!! The pics do not give it justice!! Right next to great golf courses and at night my bachelor party had plenty to do at the house, we didn't even have to leave the house! Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Owners were very easy to deal with, and left great directions for everything.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

We have stayed at a half dozen houses in the desert over the years and we decided to give La Quinta a try. We were not disappointed. If you are a discerning group with children, this is the best house we have stayed at yet. Great pool with shallow area for toddlers, game room for the older kids, and a great City park 1 lot over. Owner's communication was excellent. Place was spotless! Interior was full of granite slabs and tile everywhere. The pictures don't do it justice. If I had to say anything negative it would be the lack of enough pool towels for large groups.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were 4 adult families with a few grandkids. The home was spacious, beautiful landscaping, thoughtful appointments, lots of room to roam, yet have privacy, never felt crowded. Large, well-planned kitchen with giant granite island, easy to work together. My husband enjoyed many Thanksgiving football games on huge TV; nook to lay out 1000-piece puzzle for the rest of us. We all enjoyed the garage-turned-gameroom options (basketball, ping-pong, little trikes). Loved the pool and spa, thoughtfully outfitted with kids' noodles and floaties. When we had a few questions of the owner, he was so helpful. All of us agreed that we loved the place; we thought the owner went out of his way to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this home for any group that loves being together.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I was extremely pleased when we arrived at this house. Being in charge of the family rental is not always easy and you are not always sure what you are going to get. Myself and my fellow family members were VERY HAPPY and impressed with the house upon arrival. There was plenty of space for everyone, great outdoor pool/sitting area, outdoor fire pit, large TV for watching sports. The way they also have the garage set up as a game room is perfect for kids or even us adults. Our family had a GREAT time, the whole rental was an EXCELLENT experience. Joe (the owner) is extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We would definitely return here as well as reccommend to any friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I and our adult children and grand daughter stayed in this wonderful home during the Christmas holidays. It was perfect for the whole family. The house was so roomy and well equipped, that everyone had ample room to spread out and enjoy their own space. The owners were most accommodating. They thought of everything and I appreciated that they wanted us to enjoy our stay and have everything we needed. They even provided a book of instructions on how to use everything, which was helpful! This home was like staying in a top class resort. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated and had comfortable beds! My husband loves to cook and he found the kitchen a delight! It was well stocked with everything he needed to prepare meals and he felt right at home with the gas range and the big outdoor barbecue. The game room was amazing for kids (and adults) of all ages. What a great place to keep them entertained. I liked that I could also workout on the treadmill without having to leave the house. We enjoy going for hikes and walks and the trailhead is just a couple blocks away. We also enjoyed walking in to Old Town for coffee or lunch. There is a small neighborhood park nearby which is nice for the little ones. In the evenings we loved sitting out around the firepit and then relaxing in the spa. The view of the mountains and the privacy of the home all added to a very special vacation for us in the La Quinta Cove. I highly recommend this home for your vacation. You will find it to be everything you want and more!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I recently stayed here and were presently surprise as the photos do not do the property justice. The property was perfect and very clean and tidy. My 3 children enjoyed the pool every day and the nearby shopping and amenities were great for my wife and I. Joe was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The games room was great on those days when it was just to hot for the kids. We look forward to coming back next year! Thanks Joe.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had family visiting from the East Coast for our wedding so my 2 daughters, their husbands and families stayed here for a week. This house was a perfect fit for the 10 of them. The rooms are big so there was never any crowding. The pool, spa and patio areas are wonderful - cpmplete with a safety fence for the little swimmers in our group. The kids ages range from 5 - 13 and they were never at a loss for things to do in the house. The garage / playroom has something for everyone to enjoy so we had several family challenges throughout the week which provided hours of fun for all. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and the Property Manager responded quickly to the few questions we had while there. There is a book of "How To's" that was very handy since there are so many games to play and several TVs to manage. The listing was just as the house is described although the pictures don't even do the home justice. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything they needed. In fact the house is so perfect for entertaining we decided to skip the restaurant dinner we originally planned and had our "After Wedding Party' at the house. It was exactly what we wanted our celebration to be - relaxing, but fun with good food and a great time for all. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for family get-togethers, couples traveling together and anyone looking for a fun get-away. We went hiking along the Bear Trail up in the Cove, browsed around Old Town La Quinta and enjoyed a lunch or two, we drove 2 hours to Sea World in San Diego, went to the Water Park in Palm Springs even ventured to Disney Land on their last day in California. This was the first trip to CA for my Massachusetts grandchildren and I wanted to make sure that being in my wedding here would make it their best trip ever. I am certain this trip will be one of their most memorable vacations yet because they all were a big part of our wedding celebration....but I also know that having this rental for them made a great trip even better.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 7 have been vacationing in the Palm Springs area for 20+ years and this home was one of the best. The owner and manager were both great to deal with--far superior to our past experiences with "luxury" property managers. The home was perfect for our large family with activities for everyone. You just never know when you find a rental online, but this home did not disappoint!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
