5BR/4BA 'Sea Grape' Villa is directly oceanfront in Rum Point on the north coast. This large one-story recently-renovated (and added onto) villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool and a very sandy beach with plenty of palm trees and a thatched gazebo.
Long walks can be taken in either direction. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment. Sea Grape is a wonderful value vacation home. No pretense or fancy marble floors, Sea Grape is a large, roomy beach house in Grand Cayman for a reasonable rate. If sandy little feet run into the house, we have a broom...no worries.
Many oceanfront windows and sliding glass doors to the sea flood Sea Grape with Caribbean sunshine year round. Game room with TV, bar and small pool table. Newly added oceanfront screened porch with sectional sofa, dining area and pool with deck. Great room with kitchen, additional dining area and many seating options overlook the ocean as well. (2) King Suites; (1) Queen Suite; (1) Twin Bedroom and (1) Queen Bedroom share a bathroom between.
Oceanfront freshwater pool with chairs. Very sandy beach. Charcoal BBQ near pool. Thatched gazebo with hammocks.
Accommodates up to 10 people (10 adults max.); Excellent family villa and twins can be made up as a king bed for a 3rd couple; All rates INCLUDE 10% Government Occupancy tax.
Very large kitchen and dining area, central A/C, WiFi Internet access included. Larger LCD TV and stereo in game room. Plenty of off-street parking.
$2,000 damage deposit waived with purchase of $39 CSA Damage Deposit Insurance.
