There were four of us and we stayed over 4 nights at the flat. It was extremely clean, comfortable, airy, and convenient. Everything we needed was right there!! As a long-time traveller, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the flat and the overall layout. The kitchen was large and was stocked with all of the necessities (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). The bedrooms were spacious enough for everyone and we had plenty of "moving around" room, although we were on the run most of the time, rushing to get ready for this or that (we were there for the Marathon). Theresa has the flat nicely decorated and, when you walk in, you feel comfortable and at home. Having a grocery store directly across the street helped tremendously, as we arrived at midnight and had none of the "breakfast" necessities on hand -- just got up and walked across the street and there they were!! Arlington was so convenient to Boston and the trips back and forth were easily transversed. The town is so centrally located to everything -- Boston, the Revolutionary Trail, etc. I can't say enough about how pleasant and comfortable our stay was. Of the hundreds of condos and hotels I've stayed in in my travels, this ranks right at the top as it was more than we all expected. We expected a decent place and found a jewel! I would certainly recommend this to anyone if you're staying in the Boston area. We rented a vehicle for our travels to and 'fro but transit system is within a block, so it is not a necessity. We even lucked out as, being on the 2nd floor, we had a nice balcony and got to see the Patriot's Day Parade with a front-row view! There is also a very nice deck on the back with a grill, table/chairs, etc. This flat is well worth the price charged, I would say it's underpriced, if anything (don't hold me to that, Theresa!) The area is safe, decent, and again, convenient to everywhere. Millie McHugh
