This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor with the especial touch of the owner to make it feel like a home. A full kitchen , washer and dryer inside the unit, free wireless internet, a tv in each room and incredible view of the Atlantic ocean makes this one a best place for a unforgetable vacation. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor kiddie pools with mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and the fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools with georgeous views of the beach and the ocean.
There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the lock out and the remaining 2 bedrooms each contains 2 double beds. There is also a Queen pull out couch in the living room. Master bedroom and the lock out have their private bathroom.
There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Pavillion, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater.

Spent a week at the Grand Atlantic Ocean resort. There were nine of us in all and the unit was perfect! We had such a great time and made some wonderful memories!!! We will definitely be looking to rent from Rufia in the future. This oceanfront condo was absolutely beautiful !! Very clean ....decorated beautifully .....The owner was very kind and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and I will most likely rent from Rufia again !! I would reccomend this oceanfront property with high regards, to anyone who expects the best !! This unit is larger than most ranch style homes. The floors are mostly ceramic tile so NO bad carpet stains or odors. The view from the 12th floor is the best on the beach. The Grand Atlantic has also FINALLY added a hot-tub/jacuzzi beside the indoor pool and figured out how to get it hot enough too. Everything in this condo worked well, beds are comfy, non complaints whatsoever. The 4th bedroom can also be a seperate walk-out unit in itself. We had a great stay at the Grand Atlantic this past week. The unit was amazing and well equipped for all the needs of our young family (children 9, 7, and 5). The view out to the ocean was fantastic. The booking went smoothly through Rufia and everything was exactly as stated. The photos picture the condo very well. The unit and the entire building are clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the Grand Atlantic to any of our friends and family. While here we took in the Huntington Beach State Park, Apache Pier, Ripley's Aquarium, and some mini putt...and we spent lots of time in the pool and on the beach. A great vacation in a great place!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Very nice vacation rental had everything needed to make our vacation exceptional. Lots of room in all four bedrooms. Beautiful balcony with great view. Grand Atlantic is definitly a well maintained resort property. Booking and communication with rental manager was done very well and thoughtful. We stayed here for 7 nights with one other family. The condo was very spacious and had a surprising amount of room even for the kids. Modern kitchen and bathrooms were very nice and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was beautiful and views was great, very clean and maintain. This was a family gathering of us and our 3 children and 2 son-in laws and 2 grandkids. We all had a great time . We spend our days on the beach and by the pools and cook in every evening . For the past few years we take the whole family to the beach for a week of fun and relaxing . We hope to rent again next year from Rufia ,was very nice and helpful. Thank You . I would recommend to anyone .Recommended for: Age 55+.

I didn't expect this unit to be as big as it was. There were 12 of us staying at the unit and it had plenty of room to spare. The view was awesome from both balconies and the unit had everything. It was everything we needed for our stay at MB. It was a short distance from all the amenities as well as to restrauants and stores. The pool things to do on site were in great shape and fun to use. The lazy river was big and our kids loved it. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with a large group that want to stay together. Rufia, the owner, was great to work with and she responsive during the whole process of renting and checking into the unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
