Located on Route 202 East Winthrop, Maine. On Lake Cobbossee. Cozy Camp. Notty pine boards on walls. New Berber carpet in living area. New wood flooring in kitchen. Completely remodeled tiled bath and kitchen. Large refrigerator with in freezer. Electric apartment size stove and oven.

The loon's call makes you feel right at home! Screened in front porch with glass. Gift shop on site. NEW! Outbuilding with bunk beds and one additional queen bed for children, teens or guests! Carpeting and monitor system to listen to children and keep an eye on the younger ones from your room.

Nearby boat launch & post office. Five miles to theater, movie rentals, hair care, restaurants and malls. A unique part of the stay is viewing the light house from the waters edge. It is called the "Lady's Delight". A man made lighthouse. The lake is approximately 12 miles long. Excellent fishing and boating and sight seeing. Our cottage sits just off the waters edge approximately 40 feet. Private beach area with dock. Clear, clean water for swimming. Sandy Beach thats not too deep for children for quite a distance out.
