This beautifully decorated home was perfect for our family and friends to gather for my daughter's graduation! We all had plenty of sleeping rooms for our eight of us and lots of nice open area for food and gathering! We loved the fire pit and Dan was attentive to our every need. They have thought of everything to make the home cozy and comfortable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I shared this beautiful home recently with a few friends for a ladies getaway weekend. We had a fantastic vacation in this beautifully appointed home. Everything was perfect. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on a gorgeous lakeview setting. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was spacious and bright. We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor areas. The home is a short drive to downtown Nashville, and many other local attractions. I hope to return again soon, this time with my family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were very pleased with the owners of the property and how helpful they were to us. The house was very clean and wonderfully furnished. It was even better than we expected, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone else. Myself along with a group of 40 -something lifelong friends decided to stay here for a long weekend.... and I can say without a doubt that it did not disappoint! First and farmost I will say that Dan is the most gracious host ever! He was willing to do anything it took to make our stay comfortable and accomodating. Even when I was having a problem finding the address, he took the time to meet me and guide me right to the front door! (Thanks again Dan) The pictures on this website do not do this beautiful property justice! It was far beyond our expectations and there was not one thing that it lacked. The weather happened to be in our favor the weekend that we stayed and it was simply gorgeous. This weather did make it a must for us to visit a golf course one of the days, which was also a hop- skip and jump from the house. The lake view made for a relaxing time from one of the many decks/ porches or windows available. The property is near the airport, so this was a definate bonus for us. It was also near stores, nice places to dine... you name it! We did find that we chose to stay "in" more than we usually would while In Nashville, just because we enjoyed what the house offered us so much. The downstairs theater/family room?... perfect for movies, board games, music and many laughs. I would recommend this property for any type of getaway.. Be it family, girls weekend, couples, or a guys fishing weekend. I know, if Dan will have us again... that we would definately love to stay at this property another time in the near future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The house was amazing. Clean and modern. Went on a guys trip and we all felt right at home. I couldn't have asked for a better location and place to rent!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a 4 families come to this VRBO for our annual reunion. This was our 6th one and by far the accommodations were the BEST! The theater room is second to none. A wonderful kitchen with an awesome overlook of the lake,all & 4 bedrooms were immaculate with large beds. The rear entertainment area was very accommodating with a large deck, hot tub, fire pit area, and of course the boat dock. If you want to come to Nashville but not be in the hustle bustle .... but just 15-20 minutes away from downtown .... this is the place. Dan, the ownwer, was very accessible and went overboard to ensure we were satisfied.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

When we arrived, the owner, Dan, was busy making sure everything was perfect for our stay. AND it was! He gave us a tour of the property and made sure we knew how everything worked. The house was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything that we needed. From the description and online pictures, we expected it to be nice but it far exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were beautiful. We loved having our morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the lake. The media room was a favorite hang out each evening. The property was beautifully landscaped! Dan was helpful in every way - answering all of our questions and making suggestions of things to do and places nearby. He was the perfect host!!! We loved every minute of our 9 day stay and will definitely choose this property for the next time we go to the lake! Thanks, Dan!! My family is spread across the country, so this was a great place to meet and spent time together in a comfortable lake house outside of Nashville. This house has everything you could want, from a large entertainment screen, house wi if, BBQ grill, fire pit with benches, multiple inside seating areas & outdoor porch areas (screened & unscreened), boatdock and Hot tub..... All this, along with nearby shopping, close by attractions and a Starbucks 4 miles away..... Well, what more could anyone want in a relaxing vacation? Best of all was the owner, Dan, who couldn't do enough to help us have a great time!! We are already talking about going back next year!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Dan the owner is really nice! The only flaw was the lighting in the dining room area. The place is clean and comfortable. We had nine women stay and we had a great time. The back patio has a great view and it was nice to sit out on it and chat. The finished basement with the theatre room was great for our movie night. I would recommend this place to anyone.Recommended for: Girls getaway

Myself and 9 others planned a golf trip over Memorial Day weekend to Nashville and stayed in this house. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was amazingly clean and had everything and more that you need. It was a short cab ride from the airport for those that flew in and an easy cab downtown one night for a night on the town. Will 100% be back to stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a great house in Nashville.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This home was everything we hoped it would be and more! Six of us and one child traveled for a week-long stay for a wedding in downtown Nashville. Dan met with us upon arrival and walked us through the home. Even said we could call if there was anything we needed while we were there. The home had everything we needed to relax in between wedding scheduled events. It was very spacious and had enough room so that we never felt crowded and the child always had enough room to play. Especially loved the screened porch and a tv in every room allowed for everyone to have their own space when necessary. Thank you Dan for having such wonderful accommodations. We definitely hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We booked the lakehouse for a group of 8 for a recent reunion/ 1/2 marathon in Nashville. We arrived around 2 to meet the owner. The property was everything we had hoped it would be. The house was immaculate with every convenience. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. The 4 guest rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The common areas were large with plenty of seating for the group. We loved the screened porch the next morning for drinking coffee and reminiscing. We had worried the location would be to far from the things we wanted to do but that was not the case. The closest shopping was about 8 miles away and downtown was between 25 and 30 minutes drive. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after the race. Our group decided when we return to Nashville we will skip the race and just stay at the lakehouse. Our weekend at this beautiful lake home was more than we could have asked for. The discription photos are accurate, but really can't capture the beauty of the property. We had everything we needed and more. The only problem was that we didn't have enough time to stay as long as we would have liked. We loved the different porches and patios, the hot tub, media room, lakefront view, the huge great room and kitchen combo, and everything else about the place. Given the opportunity we would definitely return to this lakefront home!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
