  This is our 4th visit to Disney and we have had the privilege of staying on-site the previous trips. We did not know what to expect with an off-site venue. After staying at the Disney Villa we can only wonder why in the world did we not try this earlier! We loved it! The property was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It provided the privacy and relaxation that does not often come with a Disney Theme Resort. The transition to vacation mode was made easy with the elegant and refined decor of the home. Each room offered the comforts that you would expect while on vacation and was as precise as the photos on the website. The proximity to the theme parks, restaurants and amenities was a pleasant surprise. No need to rush, no need to hunt for anything as everything was close by. We would highly recommend this Disney Villa to all of our friends and family and we are already looking into a return visit in the very near future. We loved it!!!!

  I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This was the perfect place for my large family to stay for our Disneyworld trip. It was VERY comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the drive to Disney was not far at all, which was a plus for our little ones :) I highly recommend this rental. The owners were extremely pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Florida :)

  We stayed at the Disney Sun Villa from 12/22/12 to 12/29/12, so it was an especially important time for us, as it was Christmas time. There were 4 adults and 3 children and the house was more than accommodating. The owners and property management team maintained the house beautifully and provided us with everything we would need to enjoy our stay for a week. Honestly, it was such a memorable time for us because the house felt like our home away from home. Without a doubt, we would stay there again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and clean place to stay while in Orlando.

  A special place that will be central to our memories forever. We were saddened to leave the resort we were previously staying at, but that sadness quickly turned to elation when we saw the amenities that your villa included. The photos did NOT do this place justice. In fact, the property was stunning - left in a perfect condition by a wonderful property management staff, we were excited to see the welcoming furnishings and decor. The location was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit - Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and Legoland, to list a few. There was a nearby grocery store to stock the home with essentials and a number of varied types of restaurants. This was a special trip for us as our daughter had completed her leukemia treatment - this was her Wish Trip and the villa lived up to our expectations for such a celebration. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable place to call a second home. At the end of our trip, we truly did not want to leave. Thank you for making your villa available to us and for helping us make this a wonderful trip to remember. Your welcoming and comfortable villa was an essential place to stay in that I hope we have the good fortune to stay in again.

  My family and I stayed at the Disney Sun Villa for 5 nights and we couldn't have asked for a better home. The home is just as it appears in the photos and is in immaculate condition. The rental process was quick and easy and sooo much cheaper than staying in a hotel! The management company was responsive to our needs and the neighborhood is gated and quiet. From the TVs in every room, the swimming pool, and games room...we could not have been more impressed. All the Disney attractions are a short 10 minute drive and there are tons of grocery stores, restaurants and other activities even closer. We look forward to coming back again next year!

  As you drive through the giant gates to this beautiful little community you can feel the friendly neighbourhoodness right away. I was thrilled when we opened the door to the Villa to find a beautifully decorated, wonderfully clean comfortable home for our trip. Everything inside is brand new and the owners have provided so many amenities. We enjoyed a lovely little pool, a games room, and a TV in every room - fabulous. Booking was easy and friendly. There is tons of great shopping around as well as delicious restaurants. I would absolutely return and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

  We stayed with my family at this villa for almost 3 weeks and can only highly recommend. Here is our experience: Owner + property managers: Both owner and property managers were great. Reacting quickly to any of our wishes and fulfilled all of them. Managers even pulled out our garbage bins on the right dates... Villa and pool: All the info from above is correct. Spacious, new and clean. The kitchen is very well equiped, the grill at the pool was great. We agreed with the owner that they will turn on the pool heating durign our stay if we decide so. We asked to turn the heating on after a few days and it was a good decision well worth the money. The water was like coffee - recomend! The villa is located in quiet comunity around 45 minutes from Orando international apt. No problems with noisy neigbors. The villa is oriented south so the pool gets the sun all day. Golf and fun around: You can play table tenis, billiard or small basketball in the garage. Great for rainy days and kids! There are very nice golf courses around. We found out the best were disney golf courses (30 miuntes away in the disney world area), Orangle Lake Legends course (10 minutes away at the US192). But there were many many other courses in 30 minutes area we didnt have time to visit. The Disney parks, Sea world, Universal studios are 30 minutes away from the villa. It is better to visit them in the afternoon when there is less people. Dinning: We found out that the best steaks are served at home - cooked at home grill! You can buy very good steak meat at the Walmart supermarket which is just 5 minutes away - north on the US27. But there are also many traditional restaurats on the US192 just 15 minutes from the house - TGI, Applebees, Ale house... Weather: We had 2 rainy days during our stay. The rest were very nice sunny days with average 28-30C. Shopping: There are two large malls and two large outlet centers about 30 minutes away. They are all around the highway 4 (bring your GPS! the car rental companies may not have it available!). My wife and daughter spent a few days there... Over all - it was great. Perfect stay for family or group of golfers.
