This bright and nicely landscaped home is comfortably furnished home in South Daytona and is in a friendly neighborhood close to all the Daytona Beach fun. It's just the perfect place to stay if you're going to the race track, bike week in March, Biketoberfest in October, holidays or on a family vacation we're just a short 4 minutes to Daytona Beach Shores and approximately 10-15 minutes to main street and the race track. In addition Disney attractions are only an hour away so there's something here for the whole family.
We take pride in our home! We are looking for good people who will appreciate what we've done to make this home special; and will take good care of it. Because of this, we carry a very strict no smoking and no pet policy. You must be 25 years of age or older with valid I.D. To rent this property. Thanks for understanding and following our rules. We stay here last aug 3-9 2004.We fell in love with how close you were to suff.The nice well taking care of part of town it was in. We also enjoyed the pool and the play ground (thats what my kids called)about a few steps from the pool.AS a mother of two going and vaction is the best part of the year and went we stayed here it was. I am now planing for this july 2005, and can not wait to see what the kids think this year because last year was the best every.

My son Gary and his Wife Maureen took me and his Mother-in-law for a 5-day vacation in his new home in South Daytona,Fla. from Sept. 22nd to Sept. 27th. We had a great time and thought the house was just the right size and that it was in a perfect location. We told Gary that we would go to Daytona with him anytime.

We renter our home for the first time for 9-day over the 4th of July week and the Pepsi 400 race. Six adults stayed at the house and left it very clean and neat according to our caretakers. The house has everything new as of the end of June 04 and we hope to have many more people come and enjoy our home.
