This bright and nicely landscaped home is comfortably furnished home in South Daytona and is in a friendly neighborhood close to all the Daytona Beach fun. It's just the perfect place to stay if you're going to the race track, bike week in March, Biketoberfest in October, holidays or on a family vacation we're just a short 4 minutes to Daytona Beach Shores and approximately 10-15 minutes to main street and the race track. In addition Disney attractions are only an hour away so there's something here for the whole family.
We take pride in our home! We are looking for good people who will appreciate what we've done to make this home special; and will take good care of it. Because of this, we carry a very strict no smoking and no pet policy. You must be 25 years of age or older with valid I.D. To rent this property. Thanks for understanding and following our rules. My son Gary and his Wife Maureen took me and his Mother-in-law for a 5-day vacation in his new home in South Daytona,Fla. from Sept. 22nd to Sept. 27th. We had a great time and thought the house was just the right size and that it was in a perfect location. We told Gary that we would go to Daytona with him anytime.
