  We go to Navarre every year, and in the past 10 years condo and beach home prices have sky rocketed to absurd prices. I was so pleased to find a reasonably priced condo right on the beach. It was absolutely perfect for my family (2 kids included), easy beach access (step outside, take a left and voila!), and the swimming pool was clean, well kept and perfect after a day at the beach. The inside of the condo was great, with the little porch perfect for drinking your morning coffee. Plenty of linens and towels, and the washer and dryer was a great asset. We will be returning this summer!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  The condo was well stocked, clean and very accessible to the beach. It was exactly as the description on the web site provided and we were very pleased. The only thing that kept this property from getting an excellent is what happened before the trip - we had confusion in contacting the owner (the listed contact number was incorrect and I panicked when the person who answered the call knew nothing of the listing. I though I had been swindled. Once the owner contacted me, I was relieved but it was stressful.) I had to contact the owner twice by e-mail to receive key info and directions. I did not receive the info until the day before we left - once again, stressful! Other than that, a great place. I would go back.

  Loved my stay at Beachview, Soak up the Sun unit. Went with a friend and it was perfect for us 50+ year old women. We each had our own bedroom and bath! And we each had a tv in our rooms as well as large flatscreen in the large living/eating area. The kitchen was a little dated but who cares...it allowed us to buy and prepare what we each wanted to eat and it was open to the living area so we could visit if one of us wasn't cooking. We had a great view of the pool and tennis court from the balcony and the beach was just steps awayt from our own personal parking space in front of our unit door. The unit was clean and well stocked for our needs. Having a washer/dryer was GREAT!!! What I really liked about the Soak up the Sun unit (Beachview) was that it was on Navarre Beach. Love the area because it is almost all residential but with everything you could possibly need within a few miles. Love too that the Santa Rosa National Seashore is just down the road which provides even LESS populated beaches with restrooms and pavillions with picnic tables. Just a great place to be and staying in the rental we picked could not have been better for the location and price!!!!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We were very happy with this property and it included more than what we expected - it had beach/pool toys in the closet for us to use, lots of DVDs, books, and plenty of room!!! We loved being right over the dunes from the beach and having the pool right outside our room. I walked a few miles every morning and enjoyed looking at all of the beachhouses along the way. Katie was very pleasant to work with and we will definitely keep this in mind for our next visit to Navarre Beach.
