Was here for family reunion. Everything was great but best part of the firepit. Stayed all night in front of fire with music. Oh my God!!! Good customer service.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The house looked a little dingy from the outside, but once we got inside it was a very pleasant surprise. The inside was very modern and good shape. The house has plenty of parking and a nice firepit. I would recommend it to families and groups of friends alike.

Absolutely loved it!!!! Its so green all around. The house sits on a large plot and we did not see any neighbors except for the ones who occasionally came outside for a stroll. Very nice neighborhood as well..every single person we saw, waved at us and smiled. Also, I must add the excellent customer service that we got. The property manager was quite a Johny-on-the-spot, if I can say so. He was very helpful in answering any question that we had and went out of his way to help us with the basketball hoop. You get what you pay for and more. So, I'll recommend it highly.

We had a great time over the Easter Break staying at this house. It was within the budget, clean, but nothing fancy, We were located close to all major attractions, but we spent most of our time being outside, after a long winter. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It had things for the kids to do: pool table, tv, nice yard. We spent some time by the fire pit. Just a lovely setting for a slower paced vacation!

My stay in the Poconos was great. The house was a great deal. It was large, clean, and in a great location. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to go to Jack Frost or Big Boulder.

Stayed in this house in January 2007 and again in February 2009. It is very close to Jack Frost & Big Boulder Ski Slopes. Pocono Racing is accssible but, it was not the season for us. We went for skiing. It was fun. This time also have gone there for the same purpose and was not disappointed. We noticed a few changes in the property. The game room now has tiles, it used to be carpeted and upstairs has now wood laminated flooring giving it a very nice look inside. We understand many renters don't really treat rental properties as their own. Cleaning could be improved but, overall it was pretty decent. Property Manager was very prompt in answering questions and even showed up with a wine bottle as a surprise gift for us, the returning customers. We will recommend this place to anyone within a budget looking for a tranquil setting that is within minutes from all Pocono attractions. If you are looking for a top notch hotel facilities, you will be better off booking yourselves at Ceaser's Palace or nearby JF/BB Resorts.

I liked the properties privacy I didnt see a nieghbor the whole weekend. I also liked its location it was very close to the ski resorts and it had a nice layout the house was very comfortable. I would definitly recomend this property to friends and family

This was undoubtedly the worst rental experience I've had. Below is what we found upon arrival. As of this writing we are still seeking a refund through the Better Business Bureau. Two beds had broken frames being supported by stacks of magazines. Not of the bed sheets or pillow cases had been washed since the last guests. One sheet had human hair on it and another had an advil tablet under the pillow as well as specks of dirt all over it. The blades of the cieling fan had easily over a years worth of dust caked on them and was flaking off. The carpets had not been vacuumed. There were chicken bones on the deck. The bedroom closet shelves we hanging off. Many closet doors were broken, half missing or missing. Past guests had clearly been smoking in the pool table area and the smell was still apparent. All couches are sagging and the downstairs one has some stuffing coming out of it. A hole in the downstairs wall. Paint peeling off the entrance door. Missing microwave tray and refrigerator drawers. A garbage pail was full. No garbage bags or glasses. Missing light bulbs. Broken locks on both bathroom doors.
Owner response:We have not received any notification regarding the issues mentioned here from the person who signed the lease agreement with us. The person who raised the issues was not a registered guest. According to him, he came with the person who signed the lease as a member of the group; he stated that he chose to stay in a hotel instead of the house because of the reasons described above. However, the rest of the group stayed in the property (for the full duration of the lease agreement) including the person who signed the lease agreement. Now, this individual is forcing us to refund him all the money based on some calculation of his own. We appreciate constructive feedback. We strive to provide good vacation experience to all our customers. Even though we could not locate this individual who raised this issue in our tenant database, we contacted the person who signed the lease. We will work and resolve any issue, if raised, with the person who signed the lease but, we, unfortunately, can't respond to the people whose names are not on the lease. As this individual is stating that he is seeking a refund through BBB, we will respond to BBB's inquiry when we receive it.

My friends and I stayed at this home during the 2009 Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. The place was well kept, clean and close to Big Boulder mountain. SANS Property Management was also very helpful at all times before, during and after our stay. Will stay with them again.

After a lot of shopping around we decided to stay in this house. Its a good bargain if you don't want to spend a lot in this economy. Also, it is VERY close to everything. We received the check-in instructions with guide to the nearby resources before we left. That was very helpful. Also, we got tons of info from friends who stayed there before. We recommend this house to the people who like to stay on budget without compromising on distance to important attractions that Poconos has to offer. Our security deposit was refunded in full within 2 weeks of our stay.

The house is in a great location in a beautiful natural surrounding. It is VERY close to I-80 and we had an easy time finding the house. We did not hear or see our neighbors except on the road or at the lakes! My kids managed to touch a deer. We rented the house for Oct 6th-7th weekend.

Stayed in the property from June 15th till June 18th. Very quiet location in the woods. Loved the wrapped around deck, pool table, big screen TV and grill in the propterty. Kids were really happy playing at the lake. Highly recomended to everyone! -VD

We rented the house for the weekend of Memorial Day and was pleasently surprised as the owners were brutally honest about everything !! We loved the house and especially the deck. We will go back during winter.

Just came back from Poconos. What a pleasant stay and what a NASCAR experience!!! Kudos to Jimmie Johnson. And the house is just a couple of miles away as advertised. We didn't face any parking issues like others. We will be back in August. I give this house 4 stars out of five. Hopefully, we will have more time in August to enjoy the lake.
