Seasonal rates apply: $1,300/mo 6/1-9/30; $2,000/mo 10/1-12/15; $2,300/mo 12/16-5/31. To book the unit, a $500 Security Deposit and a $150 Cleaning fee is required. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to arrival. Also available for 12 month or more lease at $1150/mo furnished depending on Availability.
