  We had a terrific 2 month stay at this exceptionally clean and tidy two bedroom accommodation. The unit is spacious, very well furnished and bright with an east exposure providing lots of sunshine in the morning to gaze out onto a beautiful fairway belonging to Cathedral Canyon Country Club. It was also very well equipped with dishes and all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Half a block to the pool and beautiful Bougainvillea in full bloom everywhere. We were very comfortable during our stay and the time seemed to pass much too quickly. Full access to internet with Wifi capability made all our gadjets available to us. The owner, was a pleasure to deal with and was very detail oriented with providing written agreements and receipts every step of the way. She was also available for any questions or in the event of any problem with our stay. We also met some great neighbours that made us feel very welcome while we were there. We would take walks around the neighbourhood and would pick fresh grapefruit and take them home for breakfast. In fact we had a beautiful lemon tree right outside the front door. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to making those arrangements for next year.

  I have been to this property twice now and will definitely go back. It is beautifully decorated, spotless, and is stocked with every item you can possibly think of. Everything is brand new and high quality - including the beds (so comfy!) and linens. In my opinion, the photos do not do this gorgeous home justice! The unit is spacious, warm and inviting. I spent my mornings enjoying my morning coffee on the gorgeous patio and enjoying the early sun and views of the golf course and mountains in the background. The complex has dozens of pools scattered throughout so my pool was never crowded...in fact, many times I felt like it was my own private pool. The complex is central to everything with Old Palm Springs and El Paseo being less than 10 minutes away. There is also a shopping mall with a Trader Vics, Starbucks and Target less than 5 minutes away in one direction and in the other direction, there are fabulous restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre. I found the owner extremely professional and friendly to dea with. She knows the area very well and gave me dozens of great ideas on how to enjoy my holiday to the fullest. I wish more rental properties were as nice as this!!!

  It was centrally located between Palm Springs vibrant restaurant scene and high end shopping on El Paseo Drive. The back yard is in a park like setting with golf course. Unit is as described in photos and text.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

January & April:  $2,600 for EACH entire month, $900 weekly.
February & March:  $3,000 for EACH entire month, $900 weekly.
May thru to October: $2,400 for EACH entire month, $700 weekly.
November & December: $2,600 for EACH entire month, $900 weekly.
Weekly cleaning fee is $60 and is mandatory.  Check out cleaning fee: $150.
Pet Fees: $100 per week may be charged for approved pets in condo.
An extra 'Pet Cleaning' fee is a further $200.
$500 deposit is required to confirm bookings plus a $500 damage deposit.
