  My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time at this house. The location is absolutely perfect for beachgoers- a VERY short walk to the beach! Would recommend to anyone wishing to be close to the beach without the crowds which you would have to deal with staying in a hotel/condo.

  This was our first trip to Isle of Palms, and it did not disappoint. Our stay at this lovely and amazingly convenient little home was perfect for our stay. The location was even better than we anticipated - very little traffic and literally a 5 minute walk to a very clean and uncrowded beach. The home is very well maintained and the manager was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the home, the area, activities, and other details. The property is a very nice size - enough room for a growing family to relax and spread out a little. We definitely have this property in mind for the future for ourselves and have recommended it to other small families we know would love this vacation destination. We were only staying for a few days and did not have a chance to really enjoy everything the region had to offer, but the entire area is really lovely - not too developed, very easy to get around, and plenty to do within a very short drive. Downtown Charleston is at most a 30 minute drive, and there is so much to see and do up and down the coast. This little home is on a very quiet street just one house back from Palm Blvd and a quick hop to the public beach access path. We had no trouble leaving our chairs etc on the beach while we popped up to the house for lunch or a break from the sun. The shore itself is really beautiful - I've never seen calmer or warmer water than this location although that could just be this season. Do yourself a favor and book this wonderful little seaside spot today.

  We had a wonderful time here!! It was so warm and cozy, like visiting family at the beach rather than a small hotel room or busy resort area. This was our 6 month old daughter's first beach trip, and she loved it! And we loved it because the house had enough room to sprawl out the baby toys, plenty of counter space for drying all those bottles, and sound proof enough (unlike a hotel room) that she still got in her naps and stayed happy ;) We will definitely come back to stay here in the future!!

  If you are looking for an affordable and cozy beach rental, this is for you!! It's just a row back from Ocean front!! I highly recommend this beach rental house to anyone who wants a nice, quiet vacation at Isle Of Palms, SC.

  Great People to deal with and love this cute little house. Just across from the beach and didn't take long at all to get to Charleston (market, carriage rides and even Fort Sumter tour). We are ready to come back and send a week and bring the kids this time. Thanks for making our stay and my husband 1st time in Charleston and our 11th Anniversary a great one. The Isle of Palms is very friendly and quiet....so come on and give it a try!!

  My husband and I stayed for the weekend and could not have been happier with the place. It is very close to the beach and is very quiet. We found everything we needed in the house. We will definitely be back!

  We were pleasently surprised how well furnished the home was. You could pretty much get by with just the clothes on your back and have a very comfortable stay. The home was very well kept and very conveinent to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet; you'd never know that there were tenents living below. Overall, a very nice experience and we hope to stay there again one day.

  Our family has used this house for years for our beach vacation. It is a comfortable house and very affordable. It is a perfect getaway from the stresses of everyday life. The beach is beautiful and clean. We love riding our bikes through the neighborhoods and to the marina. I would highly recommend the Isle of Palms. It is much the same as it was the first time we visited. It is a very quaint sea side town without the commercialization of other beach locations. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
