C30 is called “Privacy Suite” because it is technically the very last (when driving from town) second-story condo unit in The Cayman Islands, which means that it has the lowest possible traffic both outside on the road, and within the Condo Unit, since no other guests walk past our door to get to their own, looking in the kitchen window, etc.; and it is also one of the only 1 bedroom rentals in Phase II, offering some rental savings with all of the beauty and amenities of the nearby 2 bedroom units.
Because C30 is second-story, walkers-by do not have the direct visual and physical (increased security) access that the lower units do, and with just enough palm trees wavering in the front windows there is limited visibility inside even with the blinds open; and due to the fact that it’s an end-unit, there are also less passers-by on the beach.
We are travellers, home-chefs, and celebrators of life in general, so when you rent from us you will find small things on-suite that will make your stay more accommodating and life-enhancing. For example, we leave you 2 cellphones so that you can communicate when separated, high-speed wireless internet, full-cable package, excellent kitchen utensils, and thorough cheat-sheets and info-sheets to help you around the condo and when encountering and issues or difficulties. It is important to us to ensure that you have all of the information you need to get to and into the condo easily, as well as information that will help you if you encounter stumbling blocks along the way.
Furthermore, we keep our cellphones active when travelling abroad so that you can call with any dire situations that cannot be dealt with through our local contacts, and also carry blackberrys and ipods, so will always reply quickly to emails.
We will always be happy to email you with replies to any questions you may have about the unit or local activities and adventures. We have excellent sources for car rentals and boat tours, etc….most with special local contacts, and we will also be able to point you in the right direction based on your needs and likes. The unit is actually a 2-bedroom unit that is listed as a 1-bedroom because we leave our personal belongings in the back spare room. It will be locked from the outside and the local manager will have access to it if there is any emergency reason to access it. The bonus is that this means you have 2 bathrooms and lots of room. For couples, you do not have to pay a 2-bedroom rate for the 2 of you just to stay at Phase II, but still get everything that the other units offer at this location.
Kaibo Condos Phase II is truly too amazing to capture in pictures or description. What I can tell you though, is that you can see water and palm trees from every window, with incredible sun-rises and moon views from the rear balcony, and truly one of the best sunsets in Cayman at the front. Although the sun does set on the other side of North Sound and the other side of Cayman, the sun does set directly in front and offers an amazing view right from the front patio. The bonus at Kaibo is that it is one of the most protected keys in Cayman, offering still water almost always, and very-commonly pink/purple water at sunset……you truly do need to see it for yourself!
Although the Cay of Kaibo is good for soaking and you can swim and snorkel, the real swimming/snorkeling spot, and one of the best in Cayman, is a quick walk down the road to Ivory Point (AKA Starfish Point, named after its regular inhabitants), and there is an incredible infinity pool with a hot tub for Phase II only, in the middle of the beach.
Kaibo Beach Bar is a great bonus to have right within view of the unit, offering basic beach food & drink as well as fine dining upstairs. There is also a marina there so that if a boat rental or tour is in the picture, no shoes or car required to get there! There is also a gas station/basic store at Kaibo, and a renowned Kayaking booth there as well, offering their infamous night-time bio-luminescence tours, as well as paddle-boarding, kite-surfing, and water-skiing. C30 is an easy place to survive with a park-and-stay attitude!
But staying put at C30 would be a travesty to what is offered within a bike-ride or short drive. Rum Point, which offers a daytime beach bar/restaurant & night-time fine-dining restaurant, is a geographical marine wonderland. Right at the geographical Rum Point is some of the island’s best snorkelling, and to the southeast, the wonderment of ankle-to-knee-to-shoulder deep water almost as far as the eye can see……..one of the most amazing spots on earth! They also do run wave-runner and other watersports from Rum Point, as well as boat tours and charters.

Craig has a condo that is just awesome. Its an end unith and very quiet, yet it has many many awesome features. The bed room was great , a king be with lots of room. Th bathroom is very nice and it even has a second bath. I used the washer and dryer to do laundry throughout my 3 week stay. Now outside the beach is so perfect, the starfish beach is a short walk and the most beautiful beach in the world in only a short walk. The pier in frint of Craigs condo is in about 5 feet of water and everyday there was a big dolphin that came by to visit for an hour. It was so awesome. Rum point is very close we rode the bikes to Rum Point and snorkeled and ate some great food. I reccommend this condo, 100%. Do not stay anywhere but here..

Great value & very nice condo
Great value & very nice condo
My wife and I stayed in C30 in Sept 2012. We had a wonderful time. This condo is great and Craig was helpful. The living space is even bigger than the pictures look and was way more than enough space for the two of us. The master is huge and the king size bed was wonderful to stretch out on. The entire condo was spotless and in great condition! We loved the wall of windows in the master and great room (and screened balcony) which made for a quite nice scenic view. Most mornings we took advantage of the nice bikes Craig provides which allowed us to explore the wonderful cays and half million to multimillion dollar homes that line the beachfront cays in Cayman Kai. The infinity pool is awesome and the hot tub got use after the sun went down and made for a wonderful conclusion to the day. The Kaibo beach bar/ restaurant is adjacent to the property and Frommers has as a top 5 restaurant on the island and really is so nice to have right there (and was hopping Sun and Tues PM). The weeklong stay was perfect for us and we had a great time. IF your budget is limitless I'd tell you to just stay on beautiful seven mile beach but for those of us actually living on a budget this place is a great choice. Please note that the beach in which Kaibo sits is more of a marina than a 'swimmers beach' but Rum Point is a 3 minute ride and that place is absolutely fantastic for relaxation and beach time and has nice amenities. And even though the West End is a bit of a trek - do plan to make it there a few full days because Seven Mile beach is great --- oh and save time for little known Smith Cove beach (another very nice beach). My wife and definitely highly recommend C30 Kaibo Yacht Club phase II.

A non-refundable 50% Deposit is required to hold a booking. We will refund the deposit minus a $100US processing fee in the case of a Hurricane evacuation given by local authorities.

We are required by law to collect a 13% tourist accomodation tax and submit it to Cayman Tourism on your behalf. This 10% will be added to the existing rate, and collected with regular payment collections.

Locally called 'Starfish Point' because of the regular visitors it is named after, Ivory point is one of the most splendid spots in Cayman, privately owned, but accessable by walking the waterfront, since no one own the waterline!
