Modern holiday house in a prime, central location 200 metres to the Beach & 300 metres to Main Street accommodating up to 12 guests. An easy drive to wineries, golf courses, the Peninsula Hot Springs and wedding venues, suitable for large groups & families & available all year round for weekend stays as well.

Ground floor offers: self contained studio with King Bed (that can be split into 2 single beds upon request), ensuite, lounge area with Queen size Sofa Bed, 36' LCD TV/DVD, small Ipod Stereo, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and bar fridge, 4pp round dining table and small private entrance and patio area.

Laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer plus access to double Remote Garage which has been converted to a kids rumpus room with Double Sofa Bed, TV/DVD, bar fridge, small stereo, Table Tennis Table, bean bags and small electric heater.

Upstairs offers: open plan kitchen/dining with dishwasher, 10pp dining table and doors out to balcony which has sofa style outdoor setting, coffee table and BBQ. Cosy lounge room with 3 piece comfy sofa, 42' plasma TV/DVD player and small Ipod/CD stereo. Baby gate provided for internal staircase.

Master bedroom off lounge with King Bed (can be converted to 2 Single Beds upon request), Main Bathroom with Shower and Bath, separate Toilet, and a 3rd bedroom with Triage Bunk and Trundle Bed.
