  Rented this unit to have my family in town for the summer. Everything was great! Unit included everything we needed and Michael(owner) was a pleasure to deal with. The townhome was clean and VERY WELL decorated! I would recommend it to any of my family or friends.

  We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. We stayed here about 6 weeks and it was a great place to call home for the summer. It is furnished very well to be both stylish and comfortable. It is evident that much thought was put into the furnishings to anticipate the tenants wants and needs. The owners are very accessible and were quick with all actions and responses concerning the property. We were extremely pleased with our stay.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Together with two colleagues we stayed in this home in May 2012. The home is situated close to I215 and I15. After being in hotel room for month it was a welcome relief to move into a spacious well appointed home with everything you need. With the weather warming up in May we enjoyed the pool The strip took about 10 minutes to get to. We certainly appriciated the garage keeping the cars out of the desert sun was a big plus. The owner was easy to deal with we'll certainly put this place at the top of our list for the next visit. Just wish we'd thought of VRBO earlier

  We stayed at this Vacation home last year for Three weeks, it's a beautiful large house equipped with everything we needed, the owners have gone far beyond equipping the house more than a normal rental property, it was a real home from home which made our stay even more enjoyable. It has a real luxury feel, loved the large HD TV in the lounge area, the kitchen was well fitted with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool area, my husband and i found the Jacuzzi bliss after a hectic day at the strip, it's the first time we have rented a property as we normally stay in the Hotels on the strip but found Hitels close their pools early and it's hard to find a sun bed as its so crowded so this is the life for me. We will certainly be booking again this year as its not too far from the strip. We found the owners so helpful in making our booking so easy. Can't wait to go again.
