Litchfield By The Sea ("LBTS") is often referred to as the "The Caribbean of the Grand Strand" for its wide sandy beaches and clear blue water. LBTS is an exclusive gated community with properties by the lake, by the marsh and on the ocean.

The Crescent building, located in Sandpiper Run (an oceanfront complex), overlooks the pool and spa area to the ocean. The tennis complex is located less than 100 yards from the building. Running and bike trails flow throughout this premier vacation resort.

This wonderfully decorated and inviting condo has private access to the pool from the balcony stairs. Enjoy the beautiful view of the pool complex while listening to the sounds of the ocean. The beach is just over the dunes. Interior features include four TVs, VCR/DVD in family room, DVD in master, VCR in bedroom, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, child booster seat and port-a-crib.

This first-year rental has One Queen (Master Bedroom), Two Singles (Bedroom Two), Two Singles (Bedroom Three), one Queen Sofa Sleeper, and one Single Sleeper (Living Room).

Rentals are available Sunday To Sunday, with a maximum occupancy of nine.

Our condo, Crescent D-1-D, is located only seconds from the pool complex, the beach, the tennis complex, the walking/biking trails, and the Litchfield By The Sea beach house. Our pool complex is surrounded by beautiful water fountains and landscaping and includes one large pool with island, one baby pool, and two hot tubs.

For golfers, the greater Myrtle Beach area is truly a treat. The Grand Strand offers over 110 championship golf courses. The Litchfield and Pawleys Island area offers some of the very best golf along the Strand.

  • I had such a wonderful, quiet, peaceful time. Actually the first time I have ever stayed anywhere by myself. It was alone time that I much needed. I enjoyed it immensely and am so thankful to my son and his wife for making it possible for me to be able to go. The water fountains outside can be heard from the inside if you leave the patio door opened and it added to the peacefulness. It's a short walk to the beach and I enjoyed walking along the water and watching everyone having a good time. The condo is very clean and beachy and the decor is so nicely done. Thanks for allowing me to have such a nice time.
