Beautiful Condo. Very clean and well decorated. True Floridian decor. Watched the sun set every night from the living room sofa. Everything is furnished, I only had to bring my own toiletiers. Everyone I met on the property was very friendly. The beach is a short walk from the condo and a great place to relax and read a good book or take a nap. It was very helpful to have pages of information regarding detailed information about the restaurants in the area and things to do and places to go. Can't wait to go back !!!!

Wonderful Stay in the Keys

We chose Kawama Yacht Club (KYC) because of all the features available in the complex but we want to return because in addition to the great location, the condo had everything we could need! You can't find a better value for the price. The unit had everything we needed so we could pack light. Because each bedroom had a bathroom attached, it was like having two separate mini-suites for privacy purposes. Each morning we spent on the balcony with coffee enjoying the view overlooking the marina, ocean and wildlife preserve. It felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. The complex has nearly every imaginable activity – ocean, beach, pools, marina, tennis courts, fishing pier, snorkeling in the lagoon, playground for kids. The shady lagoon was an especially beautiful place to stroll around. Gorgeous, big parrot fish came up to the dock to feed and we even found a tarpon while snorkeling. There are no restaurants or bars on the property but there were plenty within a short driving distance. If you enjoy cooking your own seafood without having to catch it, Key Largo Fisheries is a fresh seafood market three short blocks from the entrance to KYC. All the local restaurants get their fish from the fishermen’s catches that come in here each morning. Pennekamp State Park, Dolphins Plus, Theatre of the Sea, dive boat operators and other attractions are all within close driving distance. Key West made an excellent day trip. Whether you use KYC as a home base for seeing the rest of The Keys or decide to stay on the property your entire stay, you will be pleased you chose to stay at Kawama!

Family Friendly Keys Vacation Getaway

If you are looking for a family friendly or peaceful couples retreat in the Keys, this is the place! The condo is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and in working order, we didn't need anything else to enjoy our time here. The pool was clean and peaceful with a view of the marina. The beach is a great place to escape when you need a breeze to cool you down. The boat launch was easy entry and exit and everyone was very friendly. Thanks for providing such a great place for our family Christmas and New Years. We will definitely book again when we come to Key Largo.

Overall a relaxing experience. Our place was clean and all appliances worked. Tv.s are excellent. The grounds appear as an older development should and there was a relaxed vibe about the whole deal. Its highly informal and sort of wished there wasnt a guard house. Whats the need for one?

Great Family Get-Away

We rented a 2/2 tower condo that was great. The unit was just like the pictures and VERY SPACIOUS. The owner went out of his way to answer any questions and provided a wealth of information about the area and "things to do". The location was perfect and we were able to get to several great snorkeling reefs in less than 30 minutes by boat. Spent most of our time on the water, but would definitely recommend Robbies (you've got to feed those HUGE tarpon) and they have the best fries we've ever had! Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill was a beautiful location with outdoor seating over-looking the bay. We miss Key Largo already and can't wait to go back!

Everything was great. The condo was perfect for us. We stayed busy the entire week. Saw some beautiful sunsets and a rainbow that looked like it was touching the waters off the lagoon. We rented a boat for a few days, the waters were a little rough for the first timers on a boat, but those of us that have been on the boat for years, had no problem. Ginny at the marina was very accomodating in finding us a slip to dock the boat over night. Condo was very spacious and plenty of sleeping options. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Key Largo.

Beautiful, updated unit in a very cozy and friendly community, We loved having the comfort of home while on vacation. Hair dryer, pots and pans, utensils and beach towels were all provided in the unit....all you need are your clothes and swimsuits. We were able to rent a golf cart and drive to the local restaurants and stores..so much fun. We went snorkeling very close by. The beach area and Jetti are beautiful. Calypsos restaurant which is in walking/golf cart ride distance was lots of fun and had great food! Already planning our return trip. Thank you for everything.

The condo was just as it appeared in the pictures - immaculate, well-equipped, roomy & comfortable. Beautiful view of the sunset, too! It's very close to some of the best & freshest seafood. Loved the property, including pool & lagoon. We were able to locate everything we needed nearby, including a gym, salon & stores. Owners were very helpful & accessible. We definitely recommend it.

Everything you'd ever need or want is at your door step. We stayed for a nice long weekend, the condo was great and easily sleeps 6-8 without any issue. The use of the owner's golf cart was a nice touch!

Our stay was wonderful! It's a beautiful clean condo with a lot to do! The condo has everything you need! This condo is able to accommodate many people. The beach, laguna, and pools made it very nice. Great location with a lot of places to eat at that are very close. Especially for sunsets. (Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill and Sundowners on the bay side; Island Grill on the ocean side) Owners were very helpful and gave explicit directions and details regarding amentities. I will recommend to family and friends! I will be back!

we were in key largo for therapy at island dolphin care and booked this last minute. the location was perfect for us, within walking distance. the condo was very comfortable and clean and quiet and great location. brian was quick to respond with any questions or concerns i had. i definitely can recommend renting this condo. cool and honest owners. i plan on returning one day!!

What a fantastic property. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. Have traveled to the keys for over thirty years and this property had all the benefits on site or very close by, including beach, shopping , fishing, outdoor grilling (almost on the beach!), and great kayaking/paddleboarding flats. Very comfortable for 7 of us and all of the appliances,electronics etc. worked well. Owner was great and very helpful.

What a GREAT place to vacation! The condo was immaculate, the amenities superb and the location excellent with numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. The codo was all as described and the owner very friendly and helpful.If you like the tropics, you'll love this. Cant wait to book again!
