Hi - it rained a few times during our stay here in Destin, but since we were in this unit (#3212), it really didn't matter. There are 3 big flat screen TVs and 2 of them have DVD players. The owners have also socked the unit with some great games to play and we played every one of them! It was GREAT family bonding time. We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove several times - but NEVER in a unit like this one! Unit 3212 is sparkling clean, all new, and super tasteful. The kitchen is 100% new and totally modern with every appliance or gadget you could need. We will ALWAYS request this unit in the future! I just wanted to thank you for all of your help in renting your beautiful condo Saturday-Tuesday this week. It was even better than the pictures. We loved that we could cut the teenagers loose and they never got bored. The location was perfect and close to everything. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be coming back to Destin! We have been going to this area for over 25 years and stayed in many areas & many different units. This one is head & shoulders above most. First ..it is clean, sparkling from the ceramic floors to the granite countertops. The colors are bright and you really feel like you have arrived at the beach. WELL equipped. Any person who cooks will find anything they need. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the evening overlooking the garden. Walk to the end of the condo building and you are at the tennis courts & a pool. Cross the footbridge and you are at Tee box #1. Either walk or drive across the street & you are at the private beach. All this & we did not have to pay beachfront prices but got all the amenities. There is a fabulous restaurant right past the tennis court. The deck of the restaurant is a wonderful place to sip a libation and watch the sunset. And you can walk there in about 3 minutes. We will be going back as soon as we can find time and this unit is open. My husband loved the price for the location. I loved the feeling of luxury. The owners were so helpful in giving us all the information that we needed and were always available by phone if we needed anything.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Short stroll to the beach, the pools, the hot tubs and tennis courts. Walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once you arrive - the only reason you will need to get back in the car is to restock your cooler (but there is a store right around the corner and right across the street so you could walk).
