We had a most wonderful time at this beautiful condo! This remodeled condo has everything you need while away from home. The kitchen with granite, beautiful tile and stainless steel appliances is a pleasure to cook in. The walk-in shower, granite and tile in the bathroom has you feeling like you are at a spa. The cable TV/WIFI in the condo is very convenient. And the view is spectacular! You can watch sunsets from the lanai! A definite 10!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Year Purchased: 1990
About the owner: We have just completed renovations to our gulf front unit the end of 2012. Have owned our unit since 1990 and we love it. We think it is the best location on the beach and our unit is one of the most gorgeous apartments in the complex. We will be taking more pictures on our next visit in the spring.
Why the Owner Chose Estero Beach & Tennis Club:
Primarily chosen for the location and gorgeous beach. When we decided to purchase in Florida, we were staying at EBTC and travelleling to different locations checking out beaches and developments. After a long search we would return to EBTC and think 'this is paradise - nothing else compares. More then twenty years later - we love it even more!
First floor is great as you get a close up of the birds, dolphins, etc. Also you can use the stairs to go down if you do not want to wait for the elevator.
