Hello and thank you for taking a moment to look at our beach house with it's own inground private swimming pool. We are located in Panama City Beach. It is one of the very few areas left with a dedicated beach. It is a very nice well kept area, very safe. Great for walking and biking. You can walk to the beach which takes less than 3 minutes or drive which takes less than 20 seconds.
Just a short three minute stroll from the beach house to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Or just stay at the beach house and enjoy the beautiful lush tropical landscaping and the very private backyard with your own private pool. Enjoy the gulf breeze blowing through the palm trees while enjoying the 16 foot by 36 foot inground private pool.
This is one of the most relaxing areas on the beach. It's just a hop skip and jump from anything you might want to do. Just installed brand new white vinyl privacy fence. We completely repainted the interior. People say the pictures do not do it's justice. This can be your home away from home for 7 full nights or more. The interior is very clean and nicely decorated. It looks like a home just ready for you and your family.
While you are staying in Panama City Beach you must go to St.Andrews State Park. It is one of the most beautiful State Parks around. You can board a Shell Island shuttle and they will take you to Shell Island. You will find many unusual shells and you can see the dolphins while going to the island. The shoppes at Pier Park are now opened. We have Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Dillard's, J.C.Penney's, Target,The Grande Movie Plex, Ice Cream and fudge shoppes, and many more.
