The house is located across the street from the Coronado Yacht Club, Coronado Tennis Courts and Coronado Golf Course. The Golf and Tennis Courts are public and open for reservation. The house is a short walk to the beach, Hotel del Coronado and many restaurants and charming shops. The Community Center is also a short walk and includes an Olympic size pool (kids pool, too), fitness center, basketball court and climbing wall. You will be vacationing in the premier part of Coronado Village!
The house is spacious, elegant and comfortable. A veranda wraps around the house, where one can enjoy the view, a good book or a glass of wine with family and friends.
The Master bedroom is large and includes a king size bed with Tempur-pedic mattress, 400 count sheets and luxurious bathroom.
Living area has open space and allows for entertaining and comfortable living. Surround sound entertainment system is great for listening to music or television.
