Located in Palmetto Dunes, Seaside is a charming, old-fashioned, beach house – the perfect setting for your family vacation. The whimsical, brightly colored, casual furnishings; ocean views from every room; and soothing sounds of the surf will help you relax from the moment you enter. Dining is made simple in the large, updated, well-equipped kitchen. And when there is no time for cooking, you can enjoy a meal at the Dunes House Grill, which is conveniently located next door.
Families LOVE this house for many reasons. The proximity to activities such as tennis, golf, biking, canoeing, fishing, and boating provides something for everyone. Beach enjoyment is maximized and effort is minimized because of the very SHORT PATH leading from the pool to the beach. This is especially helpful when family members have different needs. For example, when grandma has had enough, she can go inside while the rest of the family keeps riding the waves. When everyone is hungry, they can go to the house for lunch and return to the beach in short order. Likewise, naptime is made easy because the bedrooms open up to the pool, enabling parents to enjoy the deck and the pool while their little ones are resting within earshot and eyeshot. And at mealtime, mom or dad can stand on the deck and summon the family in from the beach.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has a private pool and modest rental rates that make it a wonderful vacation value. As you enter the home, there is a small sitting area with a TV and DVD player. There are also 2 bedrooms located on the first floor. Both have two queens beds each, flat screen TV's and access to the pool deck. Both also contain private baths with a tub/shower combination.
Walk up a flight of stairs and you will find the main living areas of the home. A wall of windows greets you with ocean views and access to a wrap around deck. Also on the 2nd floor, you will find the other 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the ocean front deck and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom has 2 queens, a flat screen TV, access to the oceanfront deck and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.
