There is a separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.
The bedroom sleeps two; the living room sleeps four and includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps two, and two bunk beds.
The condo has all new tiles throughout, two color cable TV, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo.
The condo is on the second floor and is located in the center of Padre Island, with easy access to the beach. East Ratama street has access to the beach. No need to walk several blocks for beach access.
The furnishing is well appointed and colorful and it is extremely cozy!

I stayed at this condo this past summer with my husband. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. The condo was fully furnished and the decor was quite charming. We plan to visit again next summer.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.

This one bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the accommodations that my family of 4 were looking for including a fully equipped kitchen, tile floors and comfortable beds. The condo was clean and updated. The rate was very affordable considering the condi is centrally located and it was just a few steps from the beach. My Husband Jack and I were very please with the time we spent here. The condo was clean and well decorated. The couch was also brand new. My two kids Oliver and Emily liked being so close to the beach. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the condo. The condo is in the center of the island and was in walking distance of everything. and being so close to the beach we had private parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a space to park.
