can be stored across the street at a local storage

• There is a public boat launch 1/4 of a mile away or
the State Park Marina is only 7 mins. from our
house where boats may be rented or stored.
• Big Cedar Lodge is only 5-7 mins away with night
life, restaurants, golf and a great Sunday brunch!!

The Keeter Center is about 7 mins away with
another great brunch/dinner.

Our family of 13 just spent four nights in the beautiful home. There were 8 adults and 5 boys ranging in age from 11 to one year. This home is so well laid out for a family get together. It is very spacious with two large living areas and a beautiful kitchen. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bath and its own television. The owners are delightful to work with-so very accommodating. They have equipped the house with everything you could possibly need. It was also exceptionally clean- perfect! The neighborhood is lovely. We had such a good time. We've rented vacation homes many times and this one is at the top of the list. Dee Dee's place is AMAZING!! So much space for the family to move around without tripping over each other. Younger crowd could play pool and hang-out down stairs while the "older" crowd could enjoy conversation and TV. Plenty of space for cooking and eating. Place was decorated awesome for Christmas and helped get us more in the spirit. Great location, because you can sneak into Branson from the back roads without having to endure the "76 Strip" and all the crowds. 10 minutes from town, but far enough away to have the peace and quite we were looking for on vacation as well. This is the 2nd time our 3 generation family has stayed at DeeDee's place. Both times we have found it very clean and exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home and very comfortable for our family of 11. The owner was easy to work with and always addressed our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this home as a wonderful vacation location. What a wonderful property. We had three families here for the weekend. Really convenient location and extremely clean and well kept. Downstairs area was great for the children to hang out in and play. The only caveat is be sure you enter the address as Hollister into your GPS and not Branson for the address! It'll save you some time. We will definitely be back for another stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We met a group of friends for a weekend getaway. The location of this home was perfect for us. It's a short drive to all the action without having to stay in the middle of it. We relaxed at the lake, spent an evening at the Landing, shopped at the outlet mall and enjoyed time with our friends at the house. The house is in a new, modern subdivision. The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. There are numerous nice amenities and touches throughout the home. It has a spacious,open floor plan that is perfect for "together time" AND separate bedroom suites for private time. It was more than we expected or anticipated. The furniture is very comfortable and everything we needed or could think of was right there in the house. They have TV's in every bedroom, entertainment throughout the house (cards, games, reading materials, Netflix) and jet tubs in the master bedrooms for winding down after a long day. Denice and Jim are extremely helpful. They provided a lot of information about the area and entertainment and promptly responded to questions. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. Whether you are looking for a few nights away or a week long stay for two or a group, this home will provide you with happy memories. The home is especially suited for a group of friends or families. The home is large and not only does each bedroom have its own bathroom, but the bedrooms are disbursed throughout the three levels of the home so that each bedroom has privacy. The main level great room and the lower level family room have attached screened-in porches, and are large enough to entertain separate groups; kids, adults, gals, guys, or the whole gang together. And when you are ready for some quiet time, escape to your bedroom retreat. The home's furnishings are contemporary and comfortable with just enough personality to make you feel at home. The kitchen is as well-supplied as other reviewers have mentioned. Every amenity is considered including towels for the pool! We had a wonderful time on our trip to Branson. This home was perfect. With 3 levels you have room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and bed linens were very nice. We will definitely re-book and would recommend to our friends. We were amazed at how close we were to Branson and SDC but far enough away to not feel like we were rushed all the time. The kids in our group enjoyed the pool area - large pool. Great place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This property was way beyond my expectations,Basically a brand new house that feels like a home the second you walk in.Denice has taken into consideration everything you will need during your stay.I was impressed with the kitchen and all the items in it such as a slow cooker.Use Denices directions,not your GPS,with 3 couples traveling all our gps took us to the wrong place,including a garmin,tom tom and the one in my 2010 Denali,so take Denices directions.Denice was great. 5 star all the way around.Would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home is very accommodating and is very close to all the sites and attractions which I really appreciated. The location was great. This fully furnished 5 bedroom house is super-comfortable that gives plenty of space for the entire family to spread out. My children really enjoyed the gameroom, pooltable, 3D t.v. and swimming pool. I enjoyed grilling and evenings out on the back patio with the family. If you and your family are interested in sharing some great memories you certainly will be able to in this comfortable home...we did. I give this place an A+.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I am from Des Moines Iowa but my roots are in Northern Iowa. I lost my father when I was 3 yrs old and he was a farmer in northern Iowa. As you can imagine my mom remarried and we moved to Des Moines where I was basically raised. My brother and I inherited a portion of the farm after my grandmother passed away. After loosing my mom and realizing how short life is and what really matters in life (FAMILY), I decided to sell the farm and purchase Dee Dee's Place. My prayers are that families, like ours, can come together and enjoy each other and the beautiful country of the Ozarks and make lots of memories. I have worked as a Health Care professional for over 35 years and decided to semi-retire. I started vacationing in the Branson area when my husband and I got married 33 yrs ago. In the last 10 years we have gone routinely to Big Cedar and love it. When I was growing up we would go to my Grandparents (mom's parents) farm every summer for the whole summer. ( it was awesome) In those days I thought it was such a large home and I had about 19 other cousins who would come and go through the summer also. We were a big happy family! Lots of fishing and fun! My grandmother named the bedrooms where we slept by color. In Dee Dee's Place you will notice each room has a color theme. I have done this to honor my Grandparents and keep the ambiance of a great place remembered! I hope all my guests enjoy Dee Dee's Place and make memories to last a life time.

Dee Dee's Place in the Canyon is a warm comfortable home! When my husband and decided to buy this property we had been looking at properties on the lake. We discovered that even though we loved Table Rock lake, we also loved the country side (especially canyon areas in the Ozarks) and the excitement of the strip and the Landing. This home offers all of that!

This home offers a bathroom for every bedroom. We have lots of family gathering space. The kitchen goes right in to the Great room so you can visit and continue to have gathering time or go to your suite to have private time. We have a VERY large recreation room down stairs with a brand new pool table and a 3D TV with glasses. As you sit on the porches you have views of the canyon. We are very close to the swimming pool. We have 2 master suites beautifully decorated. I have been told that when you walk into my home, it feels like home.
