  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was perfect. My only concert was that the road floods out during the rain.

  What a wonderful place to stay. My wife and 2 kids came down for the weekend and loved the Dunes 703. The room was extremely clean, plenty of room for all of us, equipped with everything we needed, and last but not least was the service from John and Sunset Properties. The service was excellent!! The place had a large pool that was not crowded and only a short walk to the beach.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was secluded. It was a little far to the beach....overall not bad due to the nice weather and white sand beach. No place to eat..make sure you buy food before you get to far away from town. Condo was clean and comfortable. Pretty view from balcony.

  This was my first time to the Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan area but have been to Florida a lot. This condo was excellent!! The view as fantastic and the condo was in great shape. Clean with comfortable furniture and very nicely decorated. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was a short walk to the beach which was very peaceful since not close to the Gulf Shores party areas. I would definitely come and stay again. I recommend that if you have a late arrival just be aware that there is nothing close in terms of stores. That was our only dissappointment because after 13 hours in the car we wanted to grab dinner and then some stuff for food for the next couple of days but the closest is 25 miles away. Yet I wouldn't change the location for anything because of how quiet it is out there. Make sure you visit the Fort. I was very impressed with the facts and the site.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I recently stayed at Dunes 703 for a quick escape to the beach. We have stayed there before, as well as several of the condos in both the Dunes and Indies complexes. We have enjoyed the rentals each and every time. Dunes 703 was especially nice. Booking through Sunset properties as always, was a breeze. The staff is always friendly, helpful and seem genuinely concerned that your entire stay is a great experience. It won't be long I'm sure before we head back for another visit.
