Our lovely four-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home (with parking for up to 4 cars), thankfully suffered no damage from hurricane Sandy. This home has been our family's weekend vacation for the past four years and we are hope you will love it as much as we have. We are offering our home for one week minimum rentals from Sat to Sat.
Our house offers four unique bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full, and one full bunk bed), plus an additional nursery area if needed. The master bedroom comes with a gas fireplace, refrigerator and wine rack and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The house has central air conditioning for those hot summer days, as well as a gas fireplace in the main living room for those cool breezy nights or rainy days watching movies on our flat screen TV. We also offer a lovely kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, an open dining room with seating for 8, and a home office area with internet service. We have a front porch to relax in the ocean breeze and a back yard with a gas grill and outdoor sofas and chairs. For early risers, we also offer four bikes to ride on the boardwalk. And don't forget the beach badges and beach gear for six adults (children under 12 are free).
With the convenience of the beach or downtown just steps from our front door, we are certain you will love everything that Asbury Park has to offer while staying at our lovely shore home.

Our stay on Second Street in Asbury Park was a great one. The home had everything we needed and then some. Decorated perfectly. So clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen/dining area was great for our family get togethers at the end of the beach day. Big table and stools at the kitchen made for enough seating. The front porch was a nice place to sit early in the morning and also in the evenings. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and shops in Ocean Grove. A super place to stay and relax!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We stayed at this Great Beach House July 7-14, 2012. We were 6 adults and 2 children under 2. I have rented a lot of Beach houses and this one was very, very comfy with a well equipped kitchen. The Beach was a short walk away with a great Kids' Waterpark on the corner, which was great for our 2-year-old. We didn't take the car out all week long and could easily walk to many restaurants, which were all excellent. There was always something going on at night for the young and old at heart. The Owners Scott and Melissa could not have been more helpful and got back to us promptly with any and all concerns. Thanks again for opening your Beach House to our family. We made some memorable memories. I would definitely rent this Beach House again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our family stayed at this lovely home during the week of July Fourth. We enjoyed the nearby splash park, beach, boardwalk, outlets and restaurants (especially Porta and Stella Marina). It was a great location within walking distance from the beach (even with three little kids and a TON of stuff!). The house was very well-appointed and clean- the pictures are very accurate! The best part was watching the beach fireworks from the front yard/porch- we could see them great without having to go anywhere! Thanks for a memorable vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family and I rented this house in June 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Asbury Park. The home is inviting and cozy and has a 'homelike' feel. By the time we left, we felt like it was our own home! It is well maintained, very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The house has everything you could need especially if you have young children, including a crib, pak-n-play, infant tub and jogging stroller. Our favorite times were spent sitting on the porch, enjoying coffee and drinks. There is plenty of space and can easily sleep 8+ adults. It is a close walk to the beach and convenient to downtown restaurants. The owner is very responsive and accommodating, and both prior to and during the rental period provided valuable information about the house and the area. We highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
