  Very clean and well maintained! We loved our stay here! Beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings. The upstairs is a great place for kids, teens, or another small family. Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary items you may need. There is a nice area for kids to play in backyard with a gas grill and patio. The golf cart made it very convenient to go to Grand Boulevard to shop or to go to grocery store, Publix. We also used golf cart to go to beach and Baytowne Wharf. Our kids loved the park at Baytowne Wharf. If you do not want to fight the traffic, Baytowne Wharf has several restaurants and usually has some entertainment. Check their calendar during your stay. During our lengthy stay, we encountered only one maintenance problem with golf cart lights. After we called owner, the problem was fixed the same day. Great service. We stayed at two other locations in Sandestin resort and this place was our favorite. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

  The house was beautiful and clean and does really sleep 10. Great room for the kids to play in playroom on a rainy day. Renters were very helpful with all or our needs. Golf cart is a really nice plus too. Great rental spot for a family.

  Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property! High end finishes and furnishings -- comfortable for a family; well maintained, spacious and beautiful for adults. Located directly acroos the street from the neighborhood pool and putting green. Terrific 6 passenger golf cart to cruise to the beach. Quaint Bungalo neoghborhood can't be beat! We would love to rent this Bungalo again in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We recently stayed at this beautiful bungalo. The owners were really great to work with and were available when we had questions about the property. Pictures do not do this home justice, it is very roomy and great if you have children, ours lived on the 2nd floor. The golf cart saved us, because it was a short ride to the beach at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, we were able to avoid the traffic. Although we only stayed a few days, we loved every minute of it. The home is very warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed having the pool across the street. We would love to come back and stay longer, thank you for sharing your home with us.
