This lovely, two-story, three bedroom, two and a half bath home is located in Summerland, California, a charming beachside community five miles south of Santa Barbara. The setting makes the most of the spectacular views of the ocean, the Channel Islands, the Santa Barbara Harbor, the Montecito Mountains, the Carpinteria Valley, and the Ventura coastline, allowing the observer to enjoy passing dolphins, sail boats, and ocean birdlife from most rooms. Multi-level grounds include well-maintained gardens, pool, and lawns. Living room, dining, family room, and open view kitchen all have French doors opening to an outside deck. Baby grand piano overlooks gardens, pool, and ocean. The home is beautifully furnished, including three TV's, Stereo, CD Player, VCR, High Speed Internet (DSL & Wi Fi), washer, dryer, and garage. The wide open sandy Summerland Beach is accessed through Lookout Park, with its sweeping ocean and island views, and picnic tables make strolling to the beach a pleasure. On the way you will pass numerous antique shops and cafes in the quaint beach community of Summerland. During a low tide, one can beachwalk for miles in either direction. Whether relaxing by the pool, sitting in front of one of the two fireplaces, taking a walk to the beach, hiking in the back country, or just enjoying the views, this home provides a wonderful vacation homebase. THINGS TO DO AND SEE: January 28 - February 8: 20th Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival. March 19-21: Santa Barbara International Orchid Show-in its 60th year. May - November: Grey and Blue Whale watching. Take the Condor Express to the Channel Islands in 45 minutes from the Santa Barbara Harbor. May 28 - May 31st (Memorial Day Weekend): I Madonnari - Italian street painting at the Old Mission. June - August: The Music Academy of the West Summer School and Festival. Founded in 1947 bringing musicians together from around the world with concerts throughout the summer. June 19th: Santa Barbara's Summer Solstice Parade. Founded in 1974 to welcome in the summer. August 1 - 5 : Viva la Fiesta!! Old Spanish Days Celebration - A Tradition in Santa Barbara for over 76 Years.

Weekly  Rate .. $2200 - $3200/weekly depending on the season
Monthly Rate .. $6500 - $9000/monthly depending on the season
Weekly rates only from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Summer and Holiday rate is $3,200 per week.
~50% Deposit required with reservation - balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
