We have this beautiful, three-bedroom townhouse which is situated in the stunningly gated community (24hr manned) of Emerald Island Resort which is surrounded by the lush Florida vegetation resembling a sub-tropical resort. The resort is less than a 10 min drive to the resorts main gate area so ideally situated.
After a busy day at the parks or shopping unwind beside the lovely communal pool, where there is a hot tub, bar and eating area. You can lap up the Florida sun, whilst the kids play in the play area, video arcade or in IT room.
The resort clubhouse is a 2 min walk and a centre of activity for the community, and even though you are close to the attractions, there is no need to leave, as there is so much to do to help you unwind. It has everything you need in the 4,000 sg.ft clubhouse which houses a fitness centre and spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, internet and wi-fi access, a tikki and snack bar.
As well as 3 kid play areas there is basketball, tennis, volleyball and nature trails.
It has a fully-fitted and very well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with cable TV and DVD.There are two sofas,and the longue doors open out onto lawn which backs onto a tropical conservation area. The house has three bedrooms.The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed,en-suite with tub and shower, cable TV and a balcony overlooking a woodland conservation area.
The second bedroom is a double, and the third bedroom has twin beds.There is a family bathroom upstairs with tub and shower. The house is a two-minute walk from the clubhouse which has a pool, poolside bar, hot tub, gym, sauna, IT suite, and guest reception. There is also a playground, video game room, beach volleyball,tennis center and basketball court.After a day in the parks you can relax with a stroll along the nature walks in the conservation area.

I would just like to say what a great holiday we all had while staying at your Florida home. Everything that we needed was there and the location was great. Beautifully kept and surprisingly large. The property was set in a beautiful resort which had everything we needed. The house was fitted out very well, and the facilities with the pool etc were great. Kids loved the play areas. It was ideally situated to the parks and all amenities. Will definatley look at agin for later in the yearRecommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

November 2012 - 28th March 2013 = $90 per night for remaining dates 29th March 2013 - 12th April 2013 = $135 per night (Easter Period) 13th April 2013 - End June 2013 = $100 per night July and August 2013 = $120 per night September 2013 - 17th December 2013 = $100 per night 18th December 2013 - 4th January 2013 = $135 per night (Christmas/New Year) $90 cleaning fee for 4 nights or less. Taxes to be added for stays of 6 nights or less. 7 days or more owner will pay.

About the owner: Hi and thanks for looking. We are Andrew and Caroline from West Yorkshire. We have 2 sons (18 & 16) and a daughter who is 13. We have fell in love with Florida the first time we visited, so bought this lovely townhouse for family and friends to use. I hope you will enjoy your stay.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Island Resort:
The location can't be any better. It is one of the closest resorts to the parks, and 5 mins from restaurants and shopping.
The resort is gated so provides great security and when you arrive through the enterance you could be anywhere in the world as it is surrounded by lush vegetation.
It has the great advantage that everything you will need is on resort so is great for a lazy day spent around the pool or walking.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
It is comfortable, private, quiet and nicely decorated in nice colours. The furniture is comfortable so a nice place to get your feet up after a busy day at the parks.
