  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very well renovated house, but needs some finishing touches Towels cannot be put up anywhere for drying in the bathrooms or kitchen. No hangers in the closets. Insufficient number of glasses and plates for 6 people. The backyard is in a desolate state,

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple of issues with the house when we first arrived (Getting Hot Tub on and pillows for a bed) but the owner rectified the situation quickly and our stay could not have been more enjoyable. We would recommend this property to anyone.

  We came for a week with my family. The place fit our budget the inside was almost like a hotel lobby in Miami, very modern. It fit all of our needs, booking, check in is very easy to do.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  I guess the owner just recently remodeled the home, it is breathtaking. The yard is ok. Location is perfect, close to the beach plenty of shopping all around. We came for a romantic getaway with my wife, and it was a great choice we made with this home and with Josephs company. Very helpful easy to deal with. Would reccomend.

  We stayed at this home for our children's spring break in April. We had a great time in Sarasota, this home is just a short 6 minute drive to Siesta Key and its beaches. Grocery store and restaurants are even closer at maybe a mile or two. The home it self was very clean and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. We were the first renters since the remodel so there were still a few things missing such as an ironing board and some cooking utensils however the owner brought them over the next morning and was very accommodating to our needs. From making the reservation on the property manager's website to checking-in was very easy and hassle free, just what we needed after a long drive from Pennsylvania. P.S. The showers are amazing....
