  This is a lovely apartment from which to explore Athens. We were in the city for the first time, and found the central location a great base to discover the rest of the city from. The apartment is well-maintained and clean, and fully stocked with crockery and utensils. The environs are quiet, but it is a very short stroll to some excellent restaurants and shops. The landlord, Paris, is very friendly and helpful --- willing to wait for us past midnight when our flight was delayed! All in all an excellent experience and I would recommend it heartily.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  I stayed here with my girlfriend last Spring. Communciations with Paris (the owner) was easy and stress free. The unit is very comfortable, nicely decorated and even though in a building it gave me a feeling of privacy. The accommodation was spotless and had a 'home from home' feel to it. Although located in a quiet street this accommodation is ideal as the area is very lively full of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is also a short walk to the metro which was great and walking distance to Syntagma square and Plaka. There is also an amazing Italian restaurant and two lively restaurant bars just around the corner from the apartment. I thoroughly recommend the apartment and if I am able to return to Athens this would be the place to stay. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you

  This apartment is perfect for a couple or solo traveller who wants to be located in a fashionable, social, safe and convenient part of athens. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and great shopping on your doorstep, with a metro station and Syntagma also within comfortable walking distance. The apartment itself has a comfortably sized bedroom, small but fully kitchen and combined bathroom/laundry. It was very clean and had all the essential basics, including Wifi.

  We stayed at the Kolonaki apartment in June 2012. Our first choice for apartment was already booked but we could not have been happier with this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, very close to the metro and only 2 stops to the Acropolis. Most days we walked to the centre of Athens but returned at night to dine in the cafes close to the apartment and away from the tourist areas. The apartment beautifully decorated and has a full kitchen and washing machine. It was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this property. Athens is a stunning city and this is a great base to explore it from

  This is a beautiful studio apartment in a really quiet area. The location is so convenient to the city centre. Syntagma Square is 5 mins away, the national gardens are even closer and the gardens are a great spot to take a greek coffee in the morning. The apartment is spotless and really well kitted out with iron, filter coffee machine & hairdryer. The shower has plenty of hot water and is nice and powerful.Paris the owner gave me directions to the building which were fool proof and he was very professional and helpful with suggestions of things to see and do. The apartment is at the foot of Lycabettus hill which cuts off the bulk of the walk but unfortunately not the hard bit!! View from top is incredible we had to go twice! I couldnt recommend this apartment enough. Thank you Paris for a fantastic stay in Athens.

  The location of this apartment in fashionable Kolonaki in central Athens is perfect for exploring Athens and getting a taste of modern Athenian living. Great restaurants ( both smart and relaxed), cafes, sweet shops and bars are all within walking distance, as is the best of Athens shopping and some good galleries and museums. You can comfortably walk to Syntagma and a metro station or taxi rank for those destinations further away. The apartment itself has a good sized bedroom, a small kitchenette, a combined bathroom/ laundry and small balcony. It was clean and well-maintained and the owner was responsive and helpful.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  I was in this flat many times. I love "Athens" and Greece. The flat is all you need for a good holiday or a short stay in Athens. I think the price is value for what the flat offer. I check-in in the flat without problem even when I was late the owner was there waiting for me. In the flat you have all you need to cooking, is totaly furnished with good stuff and beautiful deco. All the cleanliness in perfect condiction and enought for my stay, bedliness and towel realy clean. I find the flat very clean all times and smelling good. The TV, Internet Wi-Fi working perfect this for me was very important, internet help a lot. The flat is in the middle of the fashion neighbourhood in Athens, bars, restaurants, market is very close too and find it is easy. In the flat you have a lot of information about Athens, magazine, maps and guides is there. The flat is jus 5 min walking from the tube station and the bus stop to the airport. I sleep good and no nosy. I just have good things to tell about this flat. For me is a perfect choise.

  Paris met us upon our arrival and was pleasant and showed us the apartment. It was a bit smaller than anticipated for 2 adults and a 14 y.o. teenager, it was a bit cramped but it worked out fine with the roll-a-way bed. The shower was very small, but the water was hot. The bed was a bit small than what we are accustomed. I liked having a washing machine and the small kitchen in the unit. There isn't a view from the apartment, but we didn't care because we weren't in the room a lot. But honestly, you absolutely cannot beat the location. We were really a 5 min walk from the metro and could easily walk to Syntagma Sq/Plaka area. The apartment is located in a cute area of Kolonaki with a great restaurant right next door, a Starbucks just around the corner and a great wine store just down from the Starbucks across the street. I would definitely stay there again with just my significant other...a third person was too cramped.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This appartment is an excellent choice! Located centrally, in one of the most partying areas (Kolonaki), only a minute walk from the most well known bars, shops and restaurants. The decoration of the appartment is like living inside a dollhouse: it was clean, well equipped and romantic, ideal for 1-2 persons. The owner was friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.
