  Our stay at Kissimmee was awesome! The property is good, clean and well maintained. Internet wi-fi was working properly and all of us were satisfied. Close to many restaurants, pharmacy and a Wal Mart. For a group of 8 it was perfect. Thanks to the owner and I hope to stay there next time I travel to Orlando/FL.

  This was the second time we have stayed at this property and we loved it as much as the first. It is ideally located on US192 with all the theme parks being within a short drive. It's also close to the I4 which makes getting about very easy. Old Town is within walking distance and makes a great evening out. The house was clean, well maintained and well equiped. There was a slight problem with the mechanism on the door lock when we first arrived but this was dealt with quickly and we had no other issues with the property during our stay. This home would definately be our first choice for our next holiday.

  Just wanted to say that we had a great holiday and loved your house. It gave us lots of space and was in a great location. The kids enjoyed the resort pool and we liked the setting by the lake. We did have a problem getting back in one night as the door lock wouldn't open but the on site security people were super helpful and resolved the problem in minutes. The house was very spacious with plenty of storage too and the television service was great - plus having 3 TV's to save arguments! The wired internet was very fast and easy to connect up to. Plenty of china, glasses and cutlery. House was very clean and there were plenty of towels. Being a holiday home you may need to purchase extra supplies of soap, dishwasher powder etc depending upon the length of your stay but these were supplied in reasonable quanitites to get you started. Booking and payment were very quick and straightforward. All in all a great stay and we hope to go back again next year.

  We loved this condo!! Very spacious and well taken care of. Only 10-12 minute drive to each of the Disney parks. Only minutes away from lots of restaurants and gift shops. Great location!! By staying here instead of on Disney property we saved a lot of money. We will be staying here again next time we visit Orlando.

  just come back from a three week break in this property,there was 4 adults and 3 young children.The property was not well-maintained as well as expected . The management were very helpful,very good location for old town but very noisey on a night if going to this property expect noise.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

  As a family of 5 incl two toddlers, we stayed at this house on Regal Oaks for approx 10 days at the end of February/early March 2011. The house was perfect for us. We felt safe and a little bit away from the madness though very close to Old Town Kissimmee ( which can be noisy in the evening ) and the US192 with all attractions a short drive away. Booking and communication was easy and everything was as promised/described. We used the pool at Regal Oaks on one occasion, and though a little colder in February/March, you could see how great this would be in the warmer months. Nearby we ate at Red Lobster, Pacino's Italian and Logan's Roadhouse whch we all good value and friendly and a Publix Supermarket is close by for the daily essentials. Overall, I would happily recommended this house at Regal Oaks.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  We were not sure whether it was a good idea to book direct from the UK without having a well known tour company behind us - no problem! The house turned out to be as good as it looks in the pictures - a home from home - very clean and comfortable. We needed help on where to find things and with a couple of very minor issues in the house. They were handled immediately in a most friendly helpful manner by Anne the resident site manager. This extended to help on where to find things locally and business issues. The weather was chilly (no fault of the property!) but the heating kept us warm - air conditioning the rest of the year. Our owner, from the UK as well, was most helpful with any concerns before we left. I think we had our best meal locally at the Red Lobster - right by the Old Town amusements. Thanks for providing such great accommodation and for the welcome.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in September 2010. The villa is in an amazing location, offers great value for money and very spacious. The pool was always empty so it was as if you had a huge pool just for your family. We have booked up to return next year to this villa. I would recommend this property. We had a few slight issues but the owner has confirmed she will get these dealt with. Looking forward to our next visit!

  Our stay at this property was outstanding. We've visited Disney twice in the past and this was the best property we've stayed in. It's a great home for the value and it's in a great location. Close to shops and attractions. The property manager was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again and again.

  We have just returned from an excellent two weeks at this villa. It was immaculately presented and provided exactly the accommodation advertised. The facilities were first rate and everything was available that could be required. The villa was a short walk from Old Town and it's attractions, Disney Parks were only about 10 minutes away by car and the Universal Parks about 20 minutes away. There was ample shopping nearby for groceries and plenty of restaurants if required. The service from both the owner and the resort office were also extremely good. Booking was straightforward and dealt with efficiently. We would recommend this villa to anyone and will have no hesitation in staying there again.
