  The listing description for this unit was exactly as indicated. The unit was very clean, and the owner was the best! I would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat. The elevator was very handy, and always available. We had the pool to ourselves for the whole stay. Pool was cleaned on a daily basis. I loved the washer and dryer location in the mud room area of the unit, and the whole mud room area was so handy to pull shoes off and keeping the unit sand free.

  We were very satisfied with our stay at this property in August of 2012. The owners were very helpful through the rental process and also quickly responded when we had issued getting in the unit at arrival. The unit was very clean and was at a great location right near the pier as well as overlooking the pool. The only downside of that was there was some noise in the evenings. We found this unit to be ideal for traveling with a toddler. It was simple to close the bedroom doors and basically let him have the run of the house without too much worry. Another great feature was the porch on the front of the unit which we kept full of beach and baby gear during our stay. The only negatives to this unit were a very small master bathroom and kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience with these owners.

  Vacationed at this beautiful property last week, it was clean and comfortable, perfectly laid out for the family to enjoy. The location is great - close to the pier but not right on top of it. We have stayed in Surfside, Myrtle and North Myrtle previously, but really LOVE the Garden City area! Enjoyed the local restaurants which were only a few minutes drive. Owner was wonderful to work with, and really wanted to be sure our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this property for vacation!!! Thanks, Linda!

  Our second vacation to Myrtle Beach and we absolutely loved staying at the Dolphin Cove this year for our first time. Very spacious, welcoming, CLEAN, and a place to call home while on vacation. Close to restaurants, shops, pier that has nightly bands in two locations, fishing from pier, taking a walk on beach, enjoying the beach during day or night, plenty of daily & nightly activities to choose from. Visited a newly developed shopping area Market Common with a fantastic place called King Street Grille to eat. Boys enjoyed the burgers and said it was the best burger they have ever had. There is a grocery store, fruit stands as well as a Walmart within minutes of the condo. Very quiet area as well & other neighbors who rented were very nice. Property owner was very nice to speak with as well as returning email responses very quickly.

  We had six adults for our stay this year. We had a great experience at this condo. The owner was very helpful when my husband talked with her. The listing photos and description were very accurate. The property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. We would book it again. As far as restaurants, new to us this year was Nalu's near Sams Corner, Hot fish Club and Russell's . Or just go to Murrells Inlet and pick one. :)

  Our family spent the Memorial Day weekend in Unit 3D. You can tell that the owner has been keeping this condo clean and updated. Being literally a step from the elevator is definitely a plus. The only reason that it did not get a 5-star is because the water pressure was weaker than normal, so we couldn't enjoy the shower as much. I talked to Ms. Linda and learned that it was a rare problem of the entire building that weekend. We definitely would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks Linda for making this an easy and smooth vacation rental.

  This condo is very tastefully decorated and the location is perfect. My family enjoyed the closeness of activities within walking distance. We will absolutely stay here again!

  This was our first time staying in Garden City. We typically stay in “North Myrtle”. We loved it! Not as grown up and ‘commercialized’, we found Garden City quaint and charming. This condo is situated in an excellent location – just a few minutes’ walk to the delightful Pier (sharks and jellyfish to watch during the day and live music at night!) as well as Sam’s Corner and my favorite restaurant “Nalu’s”. There is also a small, well-stocked grocery store close by and the famous “Painter’s Ice Cream” parlor. The condo was very clean and nicely laid-out with an excellent view of the beach, ocean and pier. We were impressed with the comfortable beds and flat-screen tv’s. Plenty of parking spaces, full-size washer/dryer, a quick elevator and remarkable water pressure – this condo was perfect for our group! Thanks so much, Linda!

  We stayed at this property for one week in May 2012. It was perfect for our family...the beach was right in the back yard, the pool was easily viewed from the deck of the condo, the arcade, a few shops and restaurants were a block away, and MurrellsInlet and Myrtle Beach were just a 10-15 minute drive. The kitchen had everything we needed to make 1-2 meals per day which worked great for us! The beach is amazing with soft sand, seashells and beautiful sunrises. Sara J's is a fabulous restaurant a quick 5 minute drive away. The owners were so accomidatating and the condo was spotless! Also loved having a washer and dryer so we could pack a little lighter and come home with no laundry to do! We had a wonderful vacation and will try to book this property again when we escape to SC again! Thanks for everything!

  Great owner. Very easy to work with! Communication was excellent. Condo was VERY clean!! Condo was within walking distance to the pier which was one of the highlights of our trip. Pool was clean and you can view the ocean and the pool from the condo. Very comfortable beds and nice towels. Lots of parking. Can't wait to go back!!! Would highly recommend this condo for your vacation!!!!
