About the owner: My husband David and I have two sons ages 13 and 16 who go to nearby private schools. We all enjoy walking (the parents), scootering, skateboarding and biking around the village and our gorgeous neighborhood. The boys have incredible freedom to go to nearby places while we know that they are safe and close. The boys are avid surfers. We feel incredibly privileged to have such a beautiful home in such a great location. My husband is semi-retired and we walk together for exercise, coffee, lunch, and errands nearly every day. Being only few blocks from the ocean bluff, the weather is always cool in Summer and mild in Winter -- we rarely need heat or AC. Last summer we bought a wonderful second home near Lake Tahoe and spent all summer there while our home here sat with only a house sitter in it. This summer we want to give a nice, happy, responsible family or couple the opportunity to enjoy our 'first' home while we are in Tahoe. We hope we find a family that will treat our impeccably maintained home in an equally respectful way and enjoy the wonderful location next to the village. You will be delighted by the house and location.
