This one-bedroom, two full-bath condo is a comfortable, upscale accomodation that offers an easy-going relaxing escape. A private balcony overlooks the sugar-white sands and amazing clear waters of Panama City Beach. Relax and unwind with tropical ocean breezes and the mesmerizing sounds of gulf waves on the beach. Watch ships in the distance, spy porpoises scouting the shoreline, and enjoy the company of beach walkers from around the world. Averaging 320 days of sunshine a year you are sure enjoy many spectacular sunsets.
We've carefully selected comfortable furniture and other items so your stay will be enjoyable. The unit features ceramic tile in the entry hall, kitchen and bathrooms, hard wood floors in the living area and plush carpet in the bedroom. With a queen size bed in the master suite, a sofa bed in the living area and two large bunk beds a vacation for 6 people can be planned. The well-equiped kitchen overlooks the living area and offers a full-size refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave,coffee maker, blender, and is equipped to prepare your own meals. The dining area seats 4, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Washer and dryer are also provided.
Seychelles Beach Resort also has a a fitness center, a game room, two beachside pools (one heated seasonally), and a hot tub. Seychelles is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and is the perfect spot to discover all the outdoor activities that Panama City Beach offers – virtually anything to do on, in, under, and above the water. Take an excursion to unspoiled Shell Island, or enjoy a deep-sea fishing trip. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife and other entertainment are not far away, and amusement parks, a zoo, miniature golf, and other activities are a short drive from the condo.
Schooner’s restaurant – one of the local favorites – is right next door. Enjoy their menu and take your beverage back to your beach chair! Upscale shopping at Pier Park - offering favorite retailers and specialty shops - is just a short dirve away. Panama City Beach also offers fun local beach shops and community market places. We spent a week in this condo with my husband and 2 children. It was beautifully decorated and the cleanest condo we have have stayed in. The beach attendant was fabulous and we used the chairs that are included with the rental daily. It was great that was included. It was quiet and very relaxing week. We look forward to going back again very soon! Owners were great to work with and quick return on the security deposit as well!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We enjoy traveling a lot and prefer either the beach or a visit to New York City to see the shows on Broadway. While we can't take our two greater swiss mountain dogs with us, they get to enjoy their own vacation at a local pet resort!
