This is an elegant, immaculate, beautifully and eclectically decorated, 2100 sq ft. penthouse with one of the best oceanviews you can imagine. White carpets, comfortable beds and everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing, upscale visit to one of the greatest spots on the San Diego coastline.
Relax on the veranda with a glass of wine at sunset....but know that the sunset is just as visible from the living room, dining room and more importantly the giant, cozy king bed in the master bedroom.
Wake up to this amazing view, have coffee/tea on the veranda or walk over to Starbucks for your favorite morning drink!
Take a walk on the beach, a jog along the coast or an uphill walk through the beautiful neighborhoods above us. There is also a great gym and a lovely yoga studio a block away for those who like to keep in shape.
You can also sun yourself on the upper veranda off the Master Bedroom. It's very private for those opposed to tan lines!!
The master bedroom/bath suite is quite spacious, with a sliding glass door leading out to the upper veranda. The bathroom is lovely with a large, bubble ready tub, double sinks, separate shower and privacy room for the toilet area.
The guest bedroom suite has a very comfortable queen bed with private bath, combined tub/shower and sliding glass door that faces north west with oceanview leading out to a side landing and private stairway to ground level.
I love to cook so the kitchen is fully loaded with everthing needed in cookware, glasses, dishes, utensils, small appliances, gadgets, barware, spices, etc.

About the owner: This is my home and although I can't imagine living anywhere else, I do love to travel and have decided to open my home periodically as a vacation rental so I can spend time experiencing other places in the world. I have been a lover of horseracing since I was a child and as a member of the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club can arrange for turf club passes and parking credentials for two plus additional passes for guests during the racing season (Jul 18-Sep 5).

This location has such a great feel and amazing view that you will wake up happy every day and be in awe every evening. You can go for days without driving a car because everything you need is within walking distance - great restaurants, fun wine bar, Starbucks, VG Donuts, shopping, nail salon, post office, postal annex, gym, yoga studio, dry cleaners AND the best market in town known by all for it's amazing deli, produce, meat and seafood. The beach is a lovely 5 min walk from here with a line up of wonderful beach front restaurants one more block down the beach. It's all here in beautiful Cardiff-by-the-Sea!!
