Le Praz is an exquisite, 5 star town home located in the centre of Mountain Village. This brand new, ski in/ski out town home boasts not only one of the best locations, but also some of the most impressive home entertainment systems of any property. There are 5 bedrooms plus a flex room, and 6.5 bathrooms spread over 5 levels. The home has an elevator for weary guests.
Upon entering the residence from street level, guests are welcomed into the main living area. This is the 3rd level of the town home, and has a kitchen, dining table and sofa surrounding a gas fireplace. This room has magnificent, sun filled views to the west. There is a small private deck off the great room. There is a king guest suite on this level with it's own private bathroom and a flat screen TV.
Going up one level is the VIP suite (the 4th floor). This suite has two double beds, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a tub & a steam shower. Up on the top floor (the 5th floor) is the master suite with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, steam shower & flat screen TV. The master suite is a private haven!
Down on the 2nd floor is another king suite with a flat screen TV and private bathroom. Next door is a study which can also be converted into a 6th bedroom. This study has a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. On the lower floor (the ground floor), guests can access the slopes through the wet bar & ski room. There is also a kids bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds – full beds on the bottom and single beds on top. The kids room has a flat screen TV with a Nintendo Wii. The feature of this lower level is undoubtedly the state-of-the-art home theater. The theater has twelve leather recliners, an extensive movie library, cozy cushions and blankets. This is the ultimate wind down after a day in the mountains.
Le Praz has underground parking, wifi, a washer & dryer just to name a few additional amenities. You can access the slopes from the front side of the residence, or you can access the village core on foot from the rear side. This is Mountain Village luxury at it's finest!
