Russell Estate is a magnificent 8 bedroom private estate with one of the best ski in/ski out access points on the mountain. This 10,000 square foot home was completely remodeled in the summer of 2010, and it is brand new in every detail. Russell Estate boasts a host of amenities and
Russell Estate has a main residence and a guest residence. The great room is located on the upper level of the two-level main residence and features huge vaulted ceilings & windows. The home has been decorated with chic, warm, modern furnishings. There is a lounge area surrounding the gas fireplace, a dining table and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This main living area enjoys outdoor access from both the north/east and south/west apsects. On the south/west side there is a sun drenched patio with outdoor furniture & an outdoor fireplace. This deck looks towards the golf course (in the summer). On the north east side there is another large deck with views towards Mountain Village & the ski area (in the winter).
In the main residence there are 6 guest suites. There are 2 master suites on the upper level of the main residence. Both of these suites have king sized beds, a gas fireplace, a walk in wardrobe and large en suite bathrooms with tubs & steam showers. On the lower level of the home there are 4 guest suites – 3 of the guest suites have split king beds (the bed can be a king or 2 singles) and a bunk room with 2 full beds and 2 singles. Each suite has it's own private bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. In the guest residence there is a king suite and a queen suite, each with their own bathroom.
This home boasts the best of everything – direct slope side access on to the lower section of the Galloping Goose ski run, a slope side hot tub, a wet bar, an office, a movie theater, a heated 3 car garage and a a complete outdoor gas grill station.
