This is the place you are looking for. The location can't be beat. 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene. You are in the pine trees and right on Hayden lake with private lake access, boat and swimming dock.
Located within Coopers Bay, you are within walking distance of Hayden Lake Marina, where you can rent a boat or any other toy you like. Located within the marina is The Boat House, a charming restaurant and bar.
You are also a short five-minute drive into the city of Hayden, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment, etc. A 15-minute drive down 4th St. and you will be at Lake Coeur d' Alene and the CD'A resort!
This smoke-free home has just been recently renovated by the owners with new furniture, TV's, DVD's, bedding and all new kitchenware. There is also excellent cell coverage to accommodate your own cell phone and/or laptop.
There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one bedroom with a bunkbed, and a bonus or game room which has a full-size sofa sleeper. In all, this home can comfortably accommodate eight people.
There is a spectacular view of the lake from every room in the house. There are also three large decks, with patio furniture, to relax on and take in the lake view.
This property is so peaceful and convenient, you'll want to return again and again. The fishing on Hayden Lake is spectacular, and the water-skiing and water sports are awesome.
Biking and hiking abound. If you enjoy snow sports, snowmobiling and ski touring trails are everywere. Silver and Schweitzer Mountains are 45 minutes and one hour away respectively. World class golfing at over ten courses is just minutes away. Silverwood Theme park is just 15 minutes north. The recreation here is endless. Come and play our way. You won't ever want to leave!

We were here for 4th of July week for a romantic get-a-way; the views of the lake from the upper deck are stunning. We spent the majority of the time out there. Grill got good use as well. Appreciated that the boats, etc. did not take over the lake- all was relatively quiet. Very spacious, comfortable cabin as described in ad. Drawback- there is a moderately traveled road between the cabin and the lake. Although you cannot see the cars at all, you will definitely hear the cars passing by. The private deck and views (you can also see lake from kitchen, master bedroom, dining area and living room) more then make up for it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home worked well for our extended family. Kitchen is well equipped to cook for a group. Loads of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Idaho summer! We flew in so we traveled light. Having the washer and dryer was a real time saver. The fishermen in our group caught more fish off the dock than out on the lake! Only two negatives - you can hear everything that goes on on the floor above or below you; lots of steps to the house and then to the dock - so not good for anyone with a walking disability. The home was clean and is well maintained. The property manager was very helpful when we had questions.
