This tropical two-bedroom home is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, located east of 95 and, 3 miles from the beach. 3 miles from Las Olas and shopping restaurants, theater. The tropical two bedroom one bath home has Mexican tile throughout 3 sets of French doors overlooking the back deck of the house and tropical gardens. The deck is approximately 2,010 square feet. The deck overlooks a private tropical waterway. Surrounded by private tropical palms and coconut trees. Enjoy reading or just watching the fish jump out of the water off the deck . The abundance of the wildlife surrounds this tropical oasis. In the front of the house is a tropical style pool. The pools surrounded by tropical gardens, 9 foot ficus hedge surrounding the pool area, making extremely private. You do not share the pool with anyone, (it belongs to the house) the pool is a black bottom lagoon style pool. The pool is perfectly clean and maintained by a private pool company that comes out once a week to clean the pool. You can see to the bottom the pools depth goes from 3 feet to 5 feet in depths so no diving is permitted. The pool is heated. * . The pool is totally fenced in. When you enter the house that I house has Mexican tile throughout a big screen TV. Leather sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your entertainment needs. The house has a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a carport parking car under located In the front of the house, with plenty of parking for other cars in the driveway. The master bedroom has a king size canopy style bed, TV, DVD player and VCR the master has a set of French doors leading up to the deck. Guest room has two twin beds with the TV. The bathroom has a glass block walk in shower. The family room has a big screen TV, a leather couch and set of French doors opening off to the deck. The kitchen area has a set of French doors overlooking the private tropical gardens and deck. The house rents year-round, and really has it all. All new furniture was purchased in 2008 as well as all new mattresses and bedding. There is a property manager that takes care of the house. Most of all, you cannot beat the rate and location and amenities.
The house is all set up for you to enjoy you time in Florida. The house is 3 miles from the beach and 3 miles from the clubs and restaurants. Minutes to the I-95 and Florida turnpike. Great location and a wonderful home with pool. Smoking is permitted out side the house . No smoking inside .
