This unique and charming 6 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a private drive on the south end of Honeoye Lake. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it offers accommodations for a large family or group of couples looking to vacation in a high quality home.

Enter from the rear of the cottage into a small coat room. Directly through the coat room is the main living area, which features an open layout and large windows and doors accentuating the exceptional view. The kitchen faces the lake, and has beautiful cabinets with a cherry finish, modern appliances, plenty of cupboard space, and a large island with bar seating for four people. At the picture window is a built in bench seat overlooking the waterfront which is ideal for reading or watching children that are playing on the beach.

The sunken dining room features a beautiful dining table with seating for eight, and French doors that lead out to the deck and hot tub. Behind the dining area is a living room, with two new sofas and a lazy chair for lounging. In the rear of the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and large closet. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo and linen closet is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

The second floor offers additional sleeping accommodations. At the top of the stairs to the left is a family room with lake view, cable TV, VCR/DVD player, and double futon. The full bathroom is located between the hallway and family room, and features a shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub. The hallway leads to three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed, makeup table, and closet. The bedroom to the south has a double/single bunk set, closet, and children’s bench. The large bedroom facing the lake features a king size bed, large closets, cable TV, and two wicker chairs next to the windows overlooking the lake.

The yard between the house and the waterfront slopes gently, and is a great area for children to play. The waterfront is all natural, with gradual depth for ideal swimming, and a dock where you can moor a boat. There is a public boat launch just down the road, and fishing is excellent in Honeoye Lake.
