Our beautiful and modern Condo features all brand new furnishings, 4 large balconies, 2 overlooking the water where the fish jump and the dolphins and manatees swim, a 50 inch Panasonic plasma TV, wireless internet, phone/cable, a washer/dryer, granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, a side by side fridge with an ice maker . The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a full tile walk in shower, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with a full ensuite bathroom and the 3rd bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

This condo was extremely nice for our family, which consists of two adults and three teenagers. Everything was very clean and spacious. The master bedroom was fabulous with a wonderfully comfortable king size bed from which you can look out into the harbor at all the boats. The other two bedrooms were very nice as well, and each one has its own full bathroom. Everything you need is already there (except for iron and ironing board). The owner supplies lots of "extras" throughout like a couple of Tommy Bahama beach chairs that were so cool that my teenagers were fighting over them. There is also a grill which we didn't have time to use. There is free wi-fi and a very nice TV in the living room. There are four balconies.......one off of the living room, and then each bedroom has a balcony. I would say the only downside to this place is that it is not close to much in the way of amusement parks or restaurants. If you want just a quiet vacation where you stay on the property the whole time, this would be very nice. It has a nice beach, three pools, a good restaurant plus more. You do have to drive a while though to get to any other restaurants or stores or amusement parks. Overall an absolutely lovely place.
