When you push this 19th century door of Folie Mericourt, you suddenly forget you're in central Paris. Between Opéra Bastille and Cirque d'Hiver. 10 min from le Marais & Place des Vosges. 300 feet from Subway and bus. Newly refurbished in early 2011. Absolutely safe and quiet.
This fully equiped loft apartment is one block away from le marais at the saint Ambroise metro station, line 9. it is located on the back side at the third level (fourth american) of a typical parisien old building (pierre de Paris). the area is very safe residential, It is 40 square meters or around 400 square feet, very bright and sunny.
The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with shower, toilets and basin and a fully equipped kitchen. there are plenty of closets and a table for four. The studio is facing a garden and offers full silence ( you can sleep with the window open),
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV.
The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers quality linens and towels, and one cleaning.
The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just eveywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 20 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.
The area is trendy and residential. The building is located on the rue de la Folie Mericourt which is a quiet street still with cafes and restaurants. You are also close to the famous Oberkamf area, ideal if you feel going out!

This appartment was a home away from home for 3 months close to the Arts district and easy access to everything Paris has to offer . The owner and manager were very helpfull and curtious ,easy to contact if there were any queries.This Loft offers great security but still has a great Parisienne feel . I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone who wants the true taste of Paris .Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I've had the most amazing time in this flat! Cosy, well decorated, incredibly quiet. It was such a pleasure to chill out there after a day of walking all around the city... It's a tipically parisian flat, with a gorgeous courtyard and a very charming touch. I loved the area too,very central and trendy.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
