Enjoy the wonderfull ocean breeze and unrestricted views from the 30 foot balcony directly on the beach. This unit is 2nd floor with huge patio doors facing the ocean with only 10 yards to the beach. Walk out the patio doors, and your at the beach. It also boasts one of the best beach views of the space shuttle and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

This was our first time in Cocoa beach. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there. Shopping is also right across the street. The complex is quiet and family friendly. The owners were great to work with and communication is very good. The cruise ships and Port Canaveral were a blast.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a wonderful location! There is nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves on the beach! The view from the balcony is over the top! It made having to work during our vacation so much better. The window over the kitchen sink made doing the dishes enjoyable! (even the kids mentioned this) The condo had everything we needed for the beach. The beds were all very comfortable -- even the sleeper couch -- our family took turns sleeping in the living room to be able to hear the waves. The beach was great - we all enjoying battling the waves. We tried out our hands at bocce ball, horse shoes, mini putt and shuffle boards -- we will remember court shoes for tennis next time! Owner was easily accessible if anything came up. This rental is a wonderful destination and we hope to return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
