Summer Weekly Rate is $1,250 all inclusive, which includes the rental, cleaning fee, taxes, and damage insurance for this price. Also, Two Day Weekend at $550 all inclusive and Three day weekend at $$675 all inclusive. These rates are for the period of May 15 thru Oct. 15.
Family lakefront home with grassy, gentle slope to the lake. Located in a quiet cove at the Tussahaw end of the lake, yet large enough for water skiing in this cove. Lakefront lot has gentle slope to lake and you can walk out to about 25 feet making it relatively safe for children. There is 100 ft of lake frontage with two docks, a concrete seawall and a boat launch site. Also, Lake Jackson is one of the top fishing lakes in Georgia. This 2011 fully renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, full kitchen and open living area, sleeps 10 and is located in a quiet cove that is one of the most desirable locations on the lake. Located on the north and west side of Lake Jackson, the house is only 1 hour from downtown Atlanta. Weekly Rentals are from Friday at 4pm (Check-In) to Friday at 11 am (Check-Out)
Great Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Screened Porch, and 1of the 3 bedrooms have beautiful views of the lake. This home also has separate Den-TV Room (with 37' flat screen TV + DVD player). Large 47' flat screen TV + DVD player in the Great Room. 3 separate eating areas: kitchen, dining, and screened porch. Master Bedroom has king-sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and a twin bed, 3rd bedroom has 3 twin beds... 2 twins can be moved side-by-side for a King, and the Den-TV room has a queen sleeper sofa. Large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, large refrigerator, and garbage disposal. There is a screened porch with seating area and separate eating area. Also, there is an open deck with a gas grill. For boating lovers, there is a launch site for your boat at the waterfront. This rental should be enjoyable for all!
The house is fully equipped with a full kitchen of dishes, pots, and pans and all linens are provided. Enjoy!!

Our stay here was wonderful! Price so reasonable and home is beautiful. Pictures definitely do not do it justice. Great place for children of all ages. Plan to return as soon as possible!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

To all considering rental of this property: The 50th Birthday party for my wife was GREAT!! And this short email is to let you know how much I appreciate the use of your Lake house! This place is GREAT, well equipped with all the conveniences of home! The pictures on the rental website are nice but, does not do this place justice! We are enjoying the relaxation and views!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a great property! I reserved this for my wife's 50th birthday - We had about 25 people over for one afternoon. It was a hit only because this place could accomidate the group so well... the only suggestion I have is the air conditioner blower is located in the living area and is quite loud!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family enjoyed several relaxing days in this wonderful quiet setting. The house is immaculate--clean with lots of surprising upgrades. The owner has paid attention to even small details to make this a great vacation home. The greatroom furniture is extra comfortable and a good place to gather and talk. Our favorite spot was the screened porch facing the lake. IF you get tired of this slice of heaven, Tanger Outlets are only 15 minutes away. This makes this a haven for the fisherman and appealing to the shoppers also. We plan to enjoy more vacations at this great lakefront home!Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Retired marketing executive who is now selling real estate at my primary home in the western NC mountains. Father of 7 children, grandfather of 11, great-grandfather of one. Married to my high school sweetheart 50 years last June, 2012.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Jackson:
Great location near Atlanta, but far enough to avoid the traffic, etc. Close to three of my children. It has a wonderful lakefront and good swimming area.
