  The place was modern and clean with plenty of space. It was in a clean and friendly neighborhood that was a short drive to Old Town. The price was more than fair, in fact it was a steal! The only bummer is that only two of us got a warm shower the entire weekend. I'm sure the icy shower situation could have been remedied if we cared to make a phone call. Other than that, the place was great and I would definitely stay again.

  The condo. was very nicely decorated and immaculate. We had more than enough room for the 4 adults we had stay there. Although it is a little distance to Old Town and the breweries , the drive is easy and only takes about 10 minutes at most. We were there to visit our daughter and we will definitely stay here again if needed and would recommended it to others If you visit Fort Collins, you should check out the New Belgium Brewery tour, Fort Collins Brewery, Old Town and stop by Cafe Vino for excellent tapas.

  I live in Fort Collins, and six members of my family came to visit last month. Since my house is too small, I found them this rental. It seems like the place is almost brand new. It was neat, well-kept and comfortable. It's an end unit, so they only shared one wall. I spend a fair amount of time over there, and we didn't hear anything from the neighbors. It was nice to have a grocery store and coffee shop close by. It was almost walking distance, but I think they drove. After we left, I got a call saying they found some inexpensive jewelry. We figured out that it belonged to my niece, and I really appreciated the owners of the townhome taking the time to call and inquire as to whether we had left the jewelry. I'd definitely rent from them again.

  We had a group get together from all over Colorado. We just wanted to get away and experience the town. Our stay was great. The property is just 4 miles from town and is a very easy bike ride. The neighbors were very friendly. There is a small shopping plaza with anything you could need just two blocks away. It's a very quiet and pleasant street. Sandra and Devin were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and refunded us our security deposit within a week. We're already looking forward to our next trip to Fort Collins to visit some different breweries and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

  My family and I stayed here while attending a convention in the Fort Collins area. The house was pretty well equipped and plenty spacious for my large family. My only complaints would have been to have more blankets as there were not enough. But I told the manager and she assured me they would be getting more before we stayed again. Also, our deposit was returned very quickly! I highly recommend!

  The home was very nice and had everything that we needed. There was actually plenty of room for the six of us. We spent a lot of time in Old Town and it was just a short taxi ride away. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

  This unit is beautiful and is brand new, but the best asset is the location - within 10 minutes from Target and DSW, the micro-breweries, downtown Fort Collins, trails, parks, you name it! The unit and surrounding area is very quiet. We have loved staying in this townhouse for the close bike trails as well.
